| Objective: To investigate the expression changes of growth differentiation factor-15(GDF-15),C-reactive protein(CRP)and T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)during acute exacerbation and stable phase significance. Methods: 100 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD admitted to our hospital were enrolled in the Department of Respiratory Medicine.Eighty patients were selected as COPD group after late screening criteria.30 healthy controls were included in the control group. The levels of GDF-15,CRP and T lymphocyte subsets in the serum of the two groups were detected. To analyze the correlation between GDF-15,CRP and T lymphocyte subsets in serum of patients with COPD.Results: 1.In the patients with COPD,the levels of GDF-15 and CRP in the peripheral blood of patients with acute exacerbation were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group. There was a significant positive correlation between GDF-15 and CRP in the acute exacerbation and stable phase(r=0.745,P<0.001;r=0.844,P<0.001).2.Peripheral blood CD3+,CD4+ T cells and CD4+/CD8+ in the acute exacerbation period in patients with COPD were significantly lower than the stable and healthy people, there are significant with differences(P<0.05).The CD8+ T cells increased with the severity of the disease, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05);3.COPD group patients with acute exacerbation of peripheral blood CD3+,CD4+ T cells and CRP were negatively correlated(r=-0.518,r=-0.327,P<0.01);and GDF-15 There was also a negative correlation(r=-0.720,r=-0.413,P<0.01).Conclusion: The expression of serum GDF-15 and CRP in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD increased significantly, while the peripheral blood CD3+ and CD4+ T lymphocytes decreased significantly, and GDF-15 had a negative effect on peripheral blood T lymphocytes.Help clinically accurately determine the severity of the condition and provide a basis for therapeutic intervention. |
