Study On Chemical Constituents Of Ganoderma Resinaceum

Ganoderma lucidum,as a traditional Chinese medicine,has a medical history of more than two thousand years,and has always been a focus of attention.Ganoderma resinaceum is a common folk medicinal fungus of Ganoderma.Its main effects are tonifying lung and kidney,strengthening stomach and spleen,tranquilizing mind and resisting cancer.However,there are few reports about the chemical constituents and bioactivities of this fungus,and the active ingredients and the mechanism of action are not clear.In order to search for its chemical constituents,especially new natural active constituents,the fruiting bodies of G.resinaceum was subjected to phytochemical studies.Using chromatography,spectroscopy technique and other modern separation and purification methods.32 compounds were isolated from the fruiting bodies of G.resinaceum.The structures of 32 compounds were identified,including triterpenes,meroterpenoids,alkaloids and lignans and so on.Two compounds are new ones,named resinacein T（1*）,and ganoresinains F（2*）.The known compounds were identified as:resinacein D（3）,resinacein J（4）,resinacein O（5）,resinacein Q（6）,resinacein R（7）,leucocontextin A（8）,leucocontextin I（9）,ganogeric acid C₂（10）,ganogeric acid XL₁（11）,ganogeric acid XL₂（12）,ganoderenic acid H（13）,ganoderenic acid AM₁（14）,ganolucidic acidγa（15）,ganoderrenseA（16）,lucidoneF（17）,lucidoneL（18）,3β,7β,15β-trihydroxy-11,23-dioxo-lanost-8,16-dien-26-oicacid（19）,3β,7β,15β-drihydroxy-11,23-dioxo-lanost-8,16-dien-26-oic acid methyl ester（20）,3β,7β-dihydroxy-11,15,23-tioxo-lanost-8,16-dien-26-oicacid（21）,3β,7β-dihydroxy-11,15,23-tioxo-lanost-8,16-dien-26-oic acid methylester（22）,methylganoderateC（23）,methylganoderateE（24）,3β-hydroxy-3,11,15,23-tetraoxo-27ξ-lanost-8,16-dien-26-oicacid（25）,spironingzhine B（26）,spirolingzhine D（27）,spiroapplanatumines M（28）,applanatin A（29）,2,3-dihy-dro-4（1H）-quinolone（30）,1H-indole-3-carboxylic acid（31）and arctiin（32）.Among them,compounds 8-10,15,19,21,22,24-32 were isolated from Ganoderma resinaceum for the first time.
