Objective:To explore the effects of different endometrial transformation time on pregnancy outcomes in hormone replacement-freeze-thaw embryo transfer.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the 895-cycle pregnancy outcome was performed at the Reproductive Medicine Center of the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from January 2017 to December 2017 using a hormone replacement cycle to prepare the endometrium and performing a freeze-thaw embryo transfer.According to the different time of progesterone conversion endometrium,they were divided into two groups : group A(300 cycles of random sampling in 600 cycles,D3 embryos transplanted 3 days after progesterone conversion in the endometrium),group B(295cycles,D3 embryos transplanted 4 days after progesterone conversion in the endometrium).The rate of embryo implantation,clinical pregnancy,ectopic pregnancy,multiple pregnancy,first trimester abortion and live birth were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in infertility causes,infertility types,age,infertility years,endometrial thickness on transplant day,body mass index,number of thawed embryos,number of transplanted embryos,and high quality embryos between the two groups(P> 0.05).There were no significant differences in the embryo implantation rate,clinical pregnancy rate,ectopic pregnancy rate,multiple pregnancy rate,early abortion rate,and live birth rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Satisfactory pregnancy outcomes were obtained after 3d,4d transformation of progesterone into endometrium in hormone replacement-freeze-thaw embryo transfer.
