Social Work Intervention In Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

Xi general secretary in the report clearly pointed out: the social principal contradiction of the current our country has been converted to the good life is people’s increasing need to inadequate and imbalance of the contradiction between the development of [Li Beidong.Correct understanding of the needs of the growing of a better life--an interpretation of the social principal contradictions of the new age [J].Journal of deng xiaoping’s research,2018(1)].Chronic disease is an important factor that troubles people’s pursuit for a better living standard,and chronic kidney disease,as one of the chronic diseases,has a serious impact on people’s life quality.The number of patients with chronic kidney disease is increasing year by year,which will not only bring physical trauma to patients,but also cause great psychological and physical pressure on patients,coupled with huge economic burden,so that the patient’s entire ecosystem and support system has been seriously affected.This article mainly through a combination of qualitative research and quantitative research,social workers using social support rating scale(SSRS)as measuring tools,based on the theory of ecological system,help to improve social support network maintenance hemodialysis patients,using the method of group social work intervention to patient’s support system,and to evaluate team service effect.To evaluate the social support system of patients with maintenance hemodialysis,the research in this paper shows that the intervention effect of group social work method is relatively obvious,which can improve the social support network.The scores of social support scales of the group members were significantly improved,and the social work methods were also recognized and supported by patients,their families and medical staff.However,due to the deficiencies in their practical experience and research ability,social workers also made some reflections in the paper.
