| Objective:Efficacy observation and clinical significance analysis of-2008(CCLG-ALL-2008)and Chinese children’s Leukemia Collaboration Group-2015(CCCG-ALL-2015)chemotherapy regimen in the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL)in children in China It provides a reference for the comprehensive selection of suitable diagnosis and treatment plan for children with clinical.Methods:56 Children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL)were hospitalized in our hospital from 2015 to 2016 in March,of which 28 cases(Group I)were treated with CCLG-ALL-2008 chemotherapy regimen, and 28 cases(Group II)were given CCCG-ALL-2015 chemotherapy regimen treatment. The clinical features of the two groups of all children at the time of initial diagnosis, the 8th day Prednisone reaction, the level of micro-residual disease(minimal residual disease,MRD)during and after induction therapy were observed and compared, the incidence of severe infection during chemotherapy, the fatality rate, the 3-year recurrence rate, and the total survival of 3 years(overall Survival,OS)rate and 3-year non-event survival rate(events free survival,EFS).Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the clinical data of the two groups of children(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in bone marrow remission, fatality rate,3-year recurrence rate,3 years Total survival(OS)rate and 3 years(EFS)rate in the two groups of children(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the incidence of sepsis, fungal disease and liver function injury between the two groups of children(P<0.05),and the application of CCLG-ALL-2008 chemotherapy regimen could reduce the incidence of severe infection(sepsis, fungal disease),organ injury(liver function injury)and good safety. Conclusion:There is no significant difference in clinical efficacy between CCL G-ALL-2008 and CCCG-ALL-2015 chemotherapy regimens, and CCLG-A LL-2008 chemotherapy regimen can reduce the incidence of toxic side e ffects and have good safety. |
