Objective: By dynamically detecting the levels of biomarkers such as endothelin-1 and brain-derived neurotrophic factor in serum, the correlation between the changes of biomarker content and neurological function in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH)was explored, which provided a new idea for clinical treatment.Method: A total of 53 patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated by neurosurgery to the Department of Neurosurgery, from the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University were collected from January 2018 to January 2019,and 22 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.According to the clinical diagnostic criteria of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH),53 patients with craniocerebral hemorrhage were divided into HICH group(41 cases)and simple cerebral hemorrhage group(12 cases). The disturbance of consciousness was assessed using the Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS).According to the amount of hematoma and GCS,the patients with HICH were divided into three subgroups(large, medium, and large groups;mild, moderate, and severe coma). The expression levels of ET-1 and BDNF in serum of cerebral hemorrhage before operation and on the 1st and 7th day after operation were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.By analyzing the statistical differences between ET-1 and BDNF,the relationship between ET-1 and BDNF and clinical treatment of neurological recovery in HICH patients was described.Result: ET-1 and BDNF were higher in the cerebral hemorrhage group than in the control group at each time point.Serum ET-1 was higher in the HICH group than in the cerebral hemorrhage group, but BDNF was opposite. As the amount of bleeding increased, preoperative serum ET-1 showed a high expression level, while BDNF showed a low expression level. The preoperative serum ET-1 expression level was negatively correlated with the degree of disturbance of consciousness, while the BDNF concentration was positively correlated with consciousness disorder;preoperative serum ET-1 was negatively correlated with BDNF expression level. Conclusion: By analyzing the expression levels of ET-1 and BDNF,the severity of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can be judged;the expression level of serum ET-1 can provide a basis for patients to judge the prognosis, and the repair of neurological deficits by BDNF content needs further study.
