Objective: to study the factors affecting the satisfaction degree of secondary cytoreductive surgery(SCRS),and to provide a reference for the clinical selection of appropriate surgical patients.Method: from January 2016 to October 2018,34 patients with plat inum-sensitive recurrent ovarian cancer underwent secondary cytoreductiv e surgery in the fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University was retros pectively analyzed.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the factors influencing the outcome of the operation.Result:(1)27 patients achieved complete cytoreduction(R0: no gross residual),accounting for 79.4% of the total 34 patients underwent secondary cytoreductive surgery.Satisfactory cytoreduction was achieved in 7 cases(R1: residual disease<1cm),accounting for 20.6%.(2)univariate analysis showed: ECOG score(P=0.031),ascites or not(P=0.020),the number of recurrent disease(P=0.022)was related to surgical outcomes.(3)Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the independent risk factors affecting surgical outcomes were: the number of recurrent disease diagnosed before operation(P=0.036,OR=13.272,95%CI:1.180-149.279).Conclusion:1.Higher ECOG score, ascites and multifoci recurrent diseases before operation were risk factors affecting the outcome of secondary cytoreductive surgery,it means that the patients who have a good ECOG score,no ascites and one recurrent disease can achieve complete cytoreducation easier.2.Preoperative diagnosis of recurrent lesions is a independent risk factor affecting the outcome of secondary cytoreductive surgery.3.Salvage chemotherapy can reduce the difficulty of surgery, reduce the complications of surgery and retain organs as much as possible, which may improve the satisfaction of secondary cytoreductive surgery.4.Laparoscopic exploration combined with muti disiplinary team is of great significance for the feasibility of cytoreductive surgery and the decision-making of surgical methods.
