Clinical Study Of Music Therapy On Improving Thesymptoms Of Malignant Tumor Patients

Objective:Music therapy has obvious effects on improving emotional management and somatic symptoms of malignant tumors patients.This study verifies the effect of HELP music therapy on improving clinical symptoms of advanced malignant tumors patients.Methods:The patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.The intervention group accepted music therapy on the basis of routine nursing,while the control group accepted routine nursing only.Before and after treatment,patients filled in relevant scales and collected data for statistical analysis.Statistical software SPSS 21.0 was used for analysis.According to different data types,chi-square test,t-test,Wilcoxon symbol rank test and other test methods were used for correlation analysis.Speaman correlation analysis was used for correlation analysis,P < 0.05 showed significant difference.Result:(1)Compared with the control group: the anxiety score,depression score and psychological pain score of the intervention group after HELP mode music therapy were lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the intervention group hoped that the score did not change significantly,and the difference was not statistically significant.Academic significance(P>0.05).(2)Compared with the control group: the quality of life score and fatigue score of the intervention group after HELP mode music therapy were significantly reduced compared with the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)There was a significant positive correlation between patient fatigue and quality of life score,anxiety,depression(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.HELP mode music therapy can reduce the anxiety of patients with advanced malignant tumors in short term and alleviate their psychological pain,but long-term effect still needs follow-up observation.2.HELP mode music therapy did not improve hope level in the short term.Whether it can improve hope after long-term treatment remains to be further explored.3.HELP mode music therapy can improve fatigue state of patients with advanced malignant tumors,which may be related to the improvement of anxiety.4.Patient fatigue is positively correlated with anxiety,depression,QOL score.
