Clinical Efficacy Research Of Qishen Capsule In Treating Chronic Nephritis(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Purpose: Qi deficiency and blood stasis are the basic pathogenesis of chronic nephritis,Qishen capsule is mainly used to treat Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,using Qishen capsule to treat chronic nephritis(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)in line with the principles of Chinese medicine treatment,however,there is no observation about the exact curative effect and safety of Qishen capsule in the treatment of chronic nephritis,this subject through the clinical research of Qishen capsule in the treatment of chronic nephritis(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),to explore the efficacy and safety of Qishen capsule in the treatment of chronic nephritis(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),to provide a broader idea for the treatment of chronic nephritis.Methods: Adopting random,contrastive principles based on inclusion and exclusion criteria for this clinical observation,64 patients with chronic nephritis were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group and control group.The control group was given conventional western medicine plus Irbesartan tablets,the experimental group added the Qishen capsule on the basis of the above treatment.Through eight weeks of treatment,we observed and evaluated the clinical comprehensive efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment,proteinuria,renal function,blood lipid,coagulation and TCM syndrome scores and other indicators,and then,we evaluated the efficacy and safety of Qishen capsule.Results: The total effective rate of the experimental group was 87.5%,and the control group was 78.12%,the data of the two groups were statistically significant after comparative analysis,the efficacy of the experimental group is better than the control group.After treatment,both groups can reduce 24-hour urine protein quantitation,lower cholesterol levels and TCM syndrome scores,the comparison between groups,the experimental group was better(p<0.05),and the experimental group also extended PT、APTT.NO adverse reactions related to the treatment were found in the two groups during the treatment period,and the medication was safe.Conclusion: Qishen capsule has good clinical effect in treating chronic nephritis(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce urine protein,extend APTT and PT,and safe,it is one of the effective ways to treat chronic nephritis.
