| Observation Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of semi-sting method combined with scalp acupuncture for treatment of hemifacial spasm. This clinical study aimed to observe whether there is a difference in the clinical efficacy of the semi-sting method combined with the scalp acupuncture treatment of hemifacial spasm and traditional acupuncture methods for the treatment of hemifacial spasm.Observation methods: A total of 60 patients with hemifacial spasm were included in the study. All patients met the inclusion criteria and were randomly divided into 30 groups in the treatment group and 30 in the control group. The treatment group used a semi-sting method combined with a scalp needle to take Baihui,Sishencong,Shenting,Yintang,Benshen,Neiguan,Shenmen,Luxi,Hegu, and Taichong as the main points.According to the principle of acupoints in the near part,Select the acupuncture points on the sputum for compatibility. For example, the sputum can be used to take Dicang and Chengjiang. The eye can be selected from the sputum, the Chuanzhu,Yangbai.and Sibai. The control group uses the conventional acupuncture method. The acupoints:Yintang,Neiguan,Shenmen,Hegu, and Taichong as the main points.According to the principle of acupoints in the near part,Select the acupuncture points on the sputum for compatibility. For example, the sputum can be used to take Dicang and Chengjiang. The eye can be selected from the sputum, the Chuanzhu,Yangbai.and Sibai.the two groups of patients were acupuncture once a day, each time the needle was kept for 50 minutes, during which the needle was once, about one minute each time,7 days for a course of treatment, after 5 courses,Refer to Cohen,Penn, and the TCM Efficacy Evaluation Criteria for the evaluation of hemifacial spasm and the total effective rate of the two groups after treatment.Observation results:1.According to Cohen and Penn facial muscle spasm evaluation criteria, after 5 courses of continuous treatment, the Cohen and Penn criteria of thetwo groups were significantly lower than before treatment(p<0.05),indicating that the two groups of patients after treatment for 5 courses It is better than before treatment.2.From the total effective rate of the two groups in this experiment, the treatment group was 96.7%,and the control group was 70%.The treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Observation conclusion:1.Semi-stab method combined with scalp acupuncture can significantly reduce the intensity and frequency of hemifacial spasm in patients with hemifacial spasm, and is superior to conventional acupuncture.2.The curative effect of Semi-stab method combined with scalp acupuncture on hemifacial spasm is obviously better than that of conventional acupuncture. |
