Clinical Observation Of Qishen Tongluo Decoction On Patients With Stable Angina Pectoris (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis) And The Influence Of Serum MMP-9 And SICAM-1 Levels

Objective: The purpose of this stud y is to observe the clinical effect of Qishen Tongluo Yin on stable angina pectoris(Qi defic iency and blood stasis type).To explore the effect of Qishen Tongluo Decoction on the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(s ICAM-1)in serum.To evaluate the efficacy and safet y of Qishen Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and blood stasis t ype).Methods: In this study,60 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronar y heart disease were selected from the outpatient department of Cardiovascular Dise ase,First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang Universit y of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randoml y divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The treatment group was treated with Qishen Tongluo Yin combined with conven tional Western medicine,while the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine.The observation period was 28 days.The s ymptoms of angina pectoris,scores of angina pectoris,scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,electrocardio gram,stop-and-drop rate of nitrogl ycerin were observed and recorded before and after treatment.The contents of serum MMP-9 and sICAM-1 were measured before and after treatment.Result:1.After treatment,the total effective rate o f angina pectoris was 76.67% and 43.33% in the treatment group,which was higher than that in the control group(p< 0.05).2.After treatment,the stop-and-decrease rates of nitrogl ycerin in the two groups were 69.64% and 52.41%,respectivel y.T he treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statisticall y significant(p< 0.05).3.After treatment,the total effective rate of ECG was 66.67% and 46.67% in the two groups,respectivel y.There was no significant di fference between the treatment group and the control group(p> 0.05).4.After treatment,the total effective rates of TCM s yndromes in the two groups were 90.00% and 76.67%,respectively.The treatment group was higher than the control group,with statisti cal significance(p< 0.05);the scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(p< 0.05).5.The levels of serum MMP-9 and sICAM-1 in the two groups before and after treatment were significantl y lower than those in the control group(p<0.05).The levels of serum MMP-9 and sICAM-1 in the treatment group were significantl y lower than those in the control group(p< 0.05).The levels of serum MMP-9 and sICAM-1 in the treatment gr oup were higher than those in the control group.The significance of accounting(p< 0.05).Conclusion:1.Qishen Tongluo Decoction can improve angina s ymptoms and TCM syndromes of patients with stable angina pectoris(Qi deficiency an d blood stasis type),and increase the stop-and-decrease rate of nitroglycerin.2.Qishen Tongluo Decoction can reduce the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1)in patients with stable angina pe ctoris(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type).
