Application Of Single Pigtail Anti-reflux Recyclable Plastic Stent In Malignant Biliary Tract Obstruction

The incidence of malignant biliary obstructive diseases more and more high in recent years,but because of its onset hidden,often found that when the disease has progress to late,not radical surgery,and duodenum microscopically bile duct carotid stenting because of its small trauma,economy applicable,high safety,less complications,good drainage effect and get great promotion.The scaffolds are divided into metal scaffolds and plastic scaffolds.The large diameter of the metal scaffolds increases the patency time of the scaffolds,but the cost of the scaffolds themselves is high and it is difficult to remove them after implantation.However,the cost of plastic stent is relatively low,which is easy to be removed and replaced,but the patency time is short,and the incidence of complications is high.Therefore,in order to further extend the patency time of the plastic bile duct stent,improve the yellowing effect,reduce the incidence of reflux and the re-obstruction rate,our hospital developed a single pig tail anti-reflux recyclable plastic stent.Objective:In malignant biliary tract obstruction diseases,especially high biliary tract obstruction diseases,a single pig tail anti-reflux recyclable plastic stent with good yellow reduction effect,low reflux incidence and re-obstruction rate and high recovery success rate was developed.Methods:Thirty-four cases of the duodenum mirror for high malignant biliary obstruction in patients treated stents were analyzed,and among them were put into the plastic biliary stent 40,24 patients with only 1 common plastic stents placement,there were only 4 cases into one single pigtail plastic stent,the six other patients into one common plastic stent after obstruction,replacement for single pigtail plastic stent.Postoperative follow-up and comparison of liver function changes,reflux incidence and re-obstruction incidence.Results:1.New single-pigtail plastic stent was used to treat high malignant biliary tract obstruction,and the postoperative liver function indexes,reflux incidence and re-obstruction incidence were significantly different from those of ordinary plastic stent(P<0.05).2.The results of postoperative liver function indexes,reflux incidence and re-obstruction incidence of the same patient were statistically significant(P<0.05)after the placement of common plastic stent and single pigtail plastic stent respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:Single pigtail plastic biliary stent implantation has good yellowing reduction effect,low reflux incidence and re-obstruction rate,and easier stent recovery,making it a better choice for patients with malignant biliary tract obstruction,especially those with high biliary tract obstruction.
