| The scientific research in the Grade-A tertiary hospital is the driving force for the sustainable development of the hospital.The active research activities of the hospital play an important role in improving the level of medical services and promoting the sustainable development of the hospital.It is an important indicator to measure the medical level and academic level of the hospital.The "13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Health Care and Family Planning in Chongqing" pointed out that it is necessary to give full play to the role of the core driving force of science and technology,promote the development of medical and health care in Chongqing,and improve the overall medical level of Chongqing.In order to comprehensively evaluate the scientific research level of Chongqing Grade-A Tertiary Hospital,evaluate its scientific research efficiency,find problems in scientific research development,and make corresponding suggestions.Firstly,a questionnaire was designed to investigate and analyze the scientific research input and output of 32 Grade-A Tertiary hospitals in Chongqing from 2013 to 2017,to understand the research status of the top three hospitals,and to analyze the achievements and shortcomings.Then the data envelopment analysis(DEA)method was used to evaluate the overall development of scientific research efficiency in the top three hospitals.The Malmquist index was used to analyze the dynamic changes of hospital scientific research efficiency,and to understand the scientific research efficiency of Chongqing Grade-A Tertiary Hospital.The results of the analysis show that the comprehensive scientific research strength of the top three hospitals in Chongqing is continuously enhanced.The number of scientific research projects undertaken,the research funding received,the number of papers published,and the granted patents are developing well;Insufficient for high-level scientific research projects,the level of scientific research personnel needs to be improved,and the high-level scientific research output is insufficient.The input and output status of scientific research in the top three hospitals is effective overall,but there are some hospitals with low scientific research efficiency,insufficient scientific research output,and diminishing scale efficiency.Combining with the problems in the scientific research and development of Chongqing Grade-A Tertiary Hospital,we put forward corresponding suggestions on how to improve the scientific research level of hospitals: make full use of existing resources to maximize benefits;rationally allocate scientific research personnel,improve hospital evaluation and reward system;strengthen scientific research platform construction,increase High-level scientific research output;strengthen collaborative innovation and communication,enhance scientific research capabilities;strengthen applied research,promote the transformation of scientific research achievements;strengthen information construction and improve scientific research. |
