Systematic Review Of Mental Health And Intervention Among Doctors And Nurses In China

Objectives To systematically evaluate the current mental health status of Chinese medical care personnel and systematically evaluate the effectiveness and applicability of psychological intervention methods in medical groups,In order to provide relevant basis for the application of psychological intervention in improving the mental health of medical care personnel in China.Methods The study followed Cochrane systematic evaluation method.The literature on mental health status and the psychological intervention impact on medical care personnel in China published in Wanfang digital periodical database,CNKI database,VIP database,Cochrane library,Pubmed database and OVID full-text medical database from January 2000 to June 2018 were retrieved by computer.Read the literature and determine the included literature according to the standards,conduct quality evaluation and extract data for the final included literature,JBI scale and Jadad scale was selected to evaluate the quality of the included literature.Data analysis was conducted with Rev Man5.3 software,including forest map drawing,subgroup analysis,sensitivity analysis and bias analysis.Statistical indicators include Z,P,I²,MD,95%CI,Nfs_0.05.Results 1 In the SCL-90 scale,all factors and the overall average score were higher than the Chinese adult norm,the difference was statistically significant.2 Before and after psychological intervention,there were statistically significant differences between the observation group and the control group in the scores of the anxiety self-rating scale,depression self-rating scale and the total mean scores of SCL-90 scale..Conclusions 1 The SCL-90 scale scores of Chinese medical care personnel were generally higher than domestic norms.2 Psychological intervention could improve the mental health of Chinese medical care personnel.3 Medical institutions should pay attention to the mental health of doctors and nurses,and timely identify and intervene the medical care personnel with psychological problems.Figure 20;Table 8;Reference 112.
