| Doctor-patient relationship is not only an important relationship in medical practice,but also a key relationship in daily activities.It plays an important role in the development of hospital diagnosis and treatment service and the good operation of medical and health system.Good doctor-patient relationship not only helps to mobilize the enthusiasm of medical staff,improve the effectiveness of diagnosis and treatment,but also helps to reduce defensive medical expenditure and ensure the positive development of medical and health undertakings.Therefore,harmonious doctor-patient relationship is one of the elements to promote people’s health and social harmony.This topic mainly in Weifang four public hospital as sample,carries on the doctor-patient relationship of questionnaire and interview research,in order to understand the present situation of the doctor-patient relationship and influence factors,puts forward corresponding countermeasures and measures to provide reference for constructing on the friendly doctor-patient relationship on the basis of adopting questionnaire survey method,descriptive statistical analysis to Weifang public hospitals,such as the chi square test research and analysis the present situation and problems of the doctor-patient relationship;The Logistic regression analysis using root theory and in-depth interview method was used to analyze the influencing factors of doctor-patient relationship development in Weifang public hospitals.Through consulting relevant literature,browse the relevant reports and news on the website,master the relevant research theories and laws and regulations formulated by the state,analyze the current situation and defects of the doctor-patient relationship,and put forward targeted improvement measures.Through the investigation and evaluation analysis of doctor-patient relationship in four public hospitals in Weifang city,it is shown that:In Weifang public hospitals in the evaluation of the overall doctor-patient relationship status,37.76% of respondents think the current doctor-patient relationship discord in the doctor-patient relationship satisfaction survey,33.20% of respondents on the doctor-patient relationship satisfaction evaluation for bad effect in the media comparison,40.53% of respondents believe that the media role as the general expression,there is no significance in comparison with the doctor-patient relationship harmony expectations,27.94% of respondents expect to reducethe medical conflicts in the performance evaluation of medical ethics,there are 51.73% of the respondents think that bad manners for its main problems.In terms of the improvement of medical ethics,there was no statistically significant difference between doctors and patients on the improvement of medical ethics(P>0.05).Both doctors and patients considered the improvement of service and regulations and the improvement of hospital responsibility as the most important aspect to be improved.However,59.72% of the patients were not satisfied.Based on in-depth interview and binary Logistic regression analysis,it was found that the factors influencing the benign development of doctor-patient relationship mainly include the patient factor,the doctor factor and other factors.According to the survey,the improvement measures mainly include improving relevant systems,strengthening hospital supervision,increasing government investment,strengthening the popularization of medical disciplines and playing the role of media.To sum up,although the doctor-patient relationship in Weifang public hospitals has been improved,there are still many contradictions.There are many factors influencing the healthy development of doctor-patient relationship in Weifang public hospitals,mainly including the medical prescription factor,the patient factor and other factors.By analyzing the influencing factors of doctor-patient relationship and combining with the actual situation of the hospital,effective countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward to improve the doctor-patient relationship. |
