Clinical Study Of Inverted Triangle Automatic Elastic Line Ligation (RPH-4) In The Treatment Of Rectocele

Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of inverted triangular automatic elastic line ligation(RPH-4)in the treatment of moderate and severe rectocele;provide a new minimally invasive procedure for the clinical treatment of rectocele.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,60 patients with rectocele who met the inclusion criteria in Anorectal Center of Inner Mongolia Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The number of cases was 30,and all of them were female.The treatment group was treated with inverted triangle automatic elastic line ligation(RPH-4),and the control group was treated with rectal anterior hernia repair(Block).The intraoperative blood loss,postoperative symptom improvement,postoperative pain,Postoperative depth of rectocele,postoperative complications(postoperative hemorrhage,anal function,urinary retention),discharge time,and record patient’s observation index,through statistical analysis to draw conclusions.Results There was significant difference between the ODS score before operation and the ODS score one week after operation in the treatment group(P < 0.001),while there was significant difference between the ODS score before operation and the ODS score one week after operation in the control group(P < 0.001).There were significant differences in intraoperative bleeding volume between the two groups(P <0.001).There was no significant difference in the degree of pain between the two groups at 2 h and 4 h after operation(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in the degree of pain between the two groups at 6 h,12 h,1 day and 1 day after operation(P > 0.05).The degree of pain in 3 days and 1 week had significant difference(P <0.001);there was significant difference in the depth of rectocele between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.001);there was no significant difference in the complications between the two groups(P > 0.05);the hospitalization days of patients in the treatment group were less than those in the control group.Thedifference was significant(P < 0.001);there was no significant difference in the overall efficacy between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion 1.inverted triangle automatic elastic line ligation(RPH-4)treatment of moderate and severe rectocele,can significantly improve its clinical symptoms.2.The inverted triangle automatic elastic line ligation(RPH-4)was superior to the control group in postoperative pain degree,intraoperative blood loss and discharge time.3.inverted triangle automatic elastic line ligation(RPH-4)and rectal anterior hernia repair(Block)did not show significant complications in the treatment of rectocele.
