Objective To investigate the anxiety status and anxiety degree of patients undergoing interventional therapy for ischemic cerebrovascular disease in different periods. At the same time,to investigate the most worrying problems in different periods and analyze the influencing factors of anxiety in different periods,so as to put forward relevant nursing countermeasures. In order to provide theoretical basis for clinical nursing. Methods From March to December 2018,a self-rating anxiety scale(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)was used to investigate one day before and three days after the interventional treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease in the Department of Neurology,a third-class hospital in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region. And 1 month after operation, and record the most worrying problems before and after the operation.Epidate3.1 software was used for data input and SPSS25.0 software for statistical analysis.General data of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease treated by interventional therapy: a descriptive analysis was used to determine the univariate factors affecting the degree of anxiety in the patients.Prime analysis,t-test and ANOVA were used for normal distribution,non-parametric rank sum test was used for non-parametric rank sum test for non-normal distribution,non-parametric induced sum test was used for comparison of anxiety levels in different periods.Multivariate linear regression analysis was used to analyze the anxiety degree of patients. Results In 150 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease treated by interventional therapy, the incidence of anxiety was the highest(88.0%)before operation, and the degree of anxiety was the most serious. The incidence of anxiety decreased(16.7%)on the 3rd day after operation, and the degree of anxiety alsodecreased. The incidence of anxiety decreased to 4% one month after operation, and only 6 patients had anxiety. The univariate analysis of the factors of anxiety in the first day of the patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease showed that there was a significant difference in the degree of anxiety among patients with different sex,age,non-smoking and alcohol consumption, different admission diagnosis and anesthesia(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that there was a significant difference in the degree of anxiety among patients with alcohol consumption, different anesthesia methods and different diagnosis of admission(P<0.05).Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in anxiety among patients with different age, education and anaesthesia on the 3rd day after operation(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that there was a significant difference in anxiety degree among patients with different educational level and anesthetic style(P<0.05).Univariate analysis showed that there was no significant difference in anxiety level between the two groups one month after intervention(P>0.05).The top five pre-operative concerns of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were: worried about the failure of surgery, worried about the sequelae of the operation, worried about recurrence of the disease, worried about neurological damage, worried that too much debt would affect life; The top five were worried about relapse, medication, stent maintenance/life span,restenosis/ shedding / displacement,post-operative sequelae, and loss of social function. Conclusion Interventional treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease in a third class A hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region: the incidence of anxiety was the highest before operation and the degree of anxiety was the most serious. The influencing factors of anxiety were alcohol drinking, anaesthesia, hospitalization diagnosis and education level. The top three preoperatively worried subjects were:worried about the failure of the operation, worried about the sequelae of the operation, and worried about the recurrence of the disease; The top three were worried aboutrelapse, medication, and stent maintenance /life span /restenosis /shedding /displacement.According to the nursing measures put forward in this investigation, the authors pay attention to the anxiety in different periods and the influencing factors of anxiety in different periods, and give timely psychological guidance to the problems most worried about in different periods.
