The Clinical Research Of One Finger Zen Based On "Liver Governing Tendon" Theory For Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:Guiding with the traditional Chinese medicine theory,we use the objective quantification method of modem medical measurement,to observe the clinical efficacy and to explore its mechanism of one finger zen for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation based on the "liver governing tendon" theory.Methods:200 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the inclusion criteria,Control group used the traditional Chinese medicine ion iontophoresis therapy.The experimental group added one finger zen therapy.for "GB34" based on the control group treatment.Record the results of these indicatrixs as follows,the visual analogue scale,waist function evaluation,traditionalc Chinese medicine syndrome quantitative integral evaluation,infrared tiermal imaging,Myotonometer muscle tension test and surface EMG determination before treatment and after treatment for 10 days,20 days,30 days.All the results were analyzed by statistical analysis.Results:All of this indicatrixs before treatment of two groups were not statistically significant difference(P>0.05).In two groups,The score of all of indicatrixs at different stages of treatment(10 days,20 days,30 days after treatment)were lower than before,and has significant difference(P<0.01).Inter group comparison,at different stages except 10 days after treatment,the experimental group were higher than control group on visual analogue scale,lumbar function evaluation,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome quantitative integral function-evaluation,and Myotonometer muscle tension test,all of these results has significant difference(P<0.01);And the experimental group were higher than control group on infrared thermal imaging and surface EMG determination at different stages of treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the curative effect of the two groups was compared,the experimental group and the control group had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the observation of these indicatrixs proved the treatment of one finger zen based on "Liver Governing Tendon"Theory has exact therapeutic effect of lumbar disc herniation.
