Research On The Relationship Between Doctor Online Avatar And Online Performance

With the development of network technology,online medical care has gradually become one of the main ways for patients to choose medical treatment.The choice of patients is no longer limited to traditional offline hospitals,but rather the choice of more convenient and quick online medical treatment,targeted quickly and effectively solve your own medical needs.In the process of patient medical treatment,the doctor image occupies an important position in the patient’s medical treatment behavior.For online medical treatment,the doctor’s avatar represents the doctor’s personal image,represents the doctor’s service image and medical image,affects the patient’s making medical decisions.Although many scholars have studied the image of offline doctors,there is still relatively little research on the image of online doctors.There are many scholars in the evaluation research of users in social platforms,and the analysis of patient reviews on online medical platforms mainly focuses on emotions.There is very little analysis of doctors’ ability in patient evaluation.Studying the relationship between the online image of the doctor and the patient’s evaluation is helpful to help patients make medical decisions and help doctors better manage their image on the online platform.Therefore,this article will start with the doctor’s avatar and patient reviews,study the image of doctors on the online medical platform and the performance of doctors on the online medical platform,explore the relationship between the doctor’s avatar and the doctor’s online performance on the online medical platform,in anticipation of bringing the patient appropriate advice.This article extracts the doctor’s emotion,age,gender and other characteristics from the doctor’s avatar as the doctor’s image on the online medical platform.From the patient’s evaluation,the doctor’s academic and service ability characteristics in the patient’s field of vision are extracted as the doctor’s online performance to study the relationship between doctor’s avatar and doctor’s online performance.The innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)Using the doctor’s avatar as the image on the doctor’s online platform,using the neural network to extract the doctor’s emotion,image score,age,and gender characteristics of the avatar,and using these features as independent variables of research;(2)Through the patient evaluation,the online performance of the doctor was explored,and the convolutional neural network was used to construct the classification model.The patient’s evaluation was used to obtain the patient’s recognition of the doctor’s ability and service ability on the online performance of the doctor,and the doctor’s online performance score was obtained after comprehensive treatment.The study found that the emotions expressed in the doctor’s avatar on theonline medical platform were positively correlated with the doctor’s online performance.The doctor’s image score was positively correlated with the doctor’s online performance,and the doctor’s age was negatively correlated with the doctor’s online performance.The better the image in the doctor’s avatar is,the more positive the sun is,and the better the medical skills and service skills of the doctor’s online performance.
