| Objective: Studying by yang-deficiency and cold-coagulation type knee osteoarthritis,we try to observe the Heat sensitive acupoints quantitative detection threshold of them,and explore the temperature sensation characteristic of Heat sensitive points,so as to provide some scientific basis for the quantitative sensory detection of Heat sensitive acupoints.Methods: We selected 70 patients with Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type knee osteoarthritis who meeting the inclusion criteria.All of them were admitted to the department of acupuncture and moxibustion of jiangxi hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January,2018 to January,2019.We used moxibustion to explore neixiyan acupoint、xuehai acupoint and yinlingquan acupoint of patierts ’ affected kness,and divided all acupoints into two groups According to the method of heat-sensitive acupoint exploration,namely neixiyan thermo sensitive group and neixiyan non-thermo sensitive group、xuehai thermo sensitive group and xuehai non-thermo sensitive group 、 yinlingquan thermo sensitive group and yinlingquan non-thermo sensitive group.We used the QST instrument respectively testing the thermo sensitive group’s and the non-thermo sensitive group’s cold threshold、thermal threshold、heat pain threshold and thermal pain resistance threshold of neixiyan acupoint、xuehai acupoint and yinlingquan acupoint,and analyzed the differences of temperature perception characteristics between thermal and non-thermal acupoints.Results: The results of neixiyan thermo sensitive group’s QST threshold are as follows: The cold threshold is 28.57±1.23℃,the thermal threshold is 37.06± 1.42℃,the heat pain threshold is 44.11± 1.52℃,and the thermal pain resistance threshold is 47.17±1.11℃;The results of neixiyan non-thermo sensitive group’s QST threshold are as follows: The cold threshold is 27.85±1.02 ℃,the thermal threshold is 35.90±1.90℃,the heat pain threshold is 43.21±1.47℃,and the thermal pain resistance threshold is 46.53±0.98 ℃.We used T test for the comparison between the neixiyan sensitive group and the neixiyan non-thermo sensitive group,the results of t values are 2.557,2.992,2.449 and 2.475,respectively,all P<0.05.The difference between the two groups is statistically significant,which indicating that the thermal sensitivity of the neixiyan acupoint in Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type knee osteoarthritis has different temperature sense characteristic than that in non-thermal state,and the cold threshold、thermal threshold 、 heat pain threshold and thermal pain resistance threshold are respectively higher than that in non-thermal state.The results of xuehai thermo sensitive group’s QST threshold are as follows: The cold threshold is 29.35±1.02℃,the thermal threshold is 36.30± 1.40℃,the heat pain threshold is 44.03± 1.21℃,and the thermal pain resistance threshold is 47.76±1.19 ℃;The results of xuehai non-thermo sensitive group’s QST threshold are as follows: The cold threshold is 28.65±1.14℃,the thermal threshold is 35.63±1.76℃,the heat pain threshold is 43.34±1.25℃,and the thermal pain resistance threshold is 46.97±1.34 ℃.We used T test for the comparison between the xuehai sensitive group and the xuehai non-thermo sensitive group,the results of t values are 2.703,2.486,2.357 and 2.603,respectively,all P<0.05.The difference between the two groups is statistically significant,which indicating that the thermal sensitivity of the xuehai acupoint in Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type knee osteoarthritis has different temperature sense characteristic than that in non-thermal state,and the cold threshold、thermal threshold、heat pain threshold and thermal pain resistance threshold are respectively higher than that in non-thermal state.The results of yinlingquan thermo sensitive group’s QST threshold are as follows: The cold threshold is 28.72±1.55℃,the thermal threshold is 37.86±1.72℃,the heat pain threshold is 44.13±2.09℃,and the thermal pain resistance threshold is 47.24±1.25 ℃;The results of yinlingquan non-thermo sensitive group’s QST threshold are as follows: The cold threshold is 27.60±1.82 ℃,the thermal threshold is 36.96±0.96℃,the heat pain threshold is 43.21±1.06℃,and the thermal pain resistance threshold is 46.61±1.09 ℃.We used T test for the comparison between the yinlingquan sensitive group and the yinlingquan non-thermo sensitive group,the results of t values are 2.782,2.601,2.234 and 2.195,respectively,all P<0.05.The difference between the two groups is statistically significant,which indicating that the thermal sensitivity of the yinlingquan acupoint in Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type knee osteoarthritis has different temperature sense characteristic than that in non-thermal state,and the cold threshold、thermal threshold 、 heat pain threshold and thermal pain resistance threshold are respectively higher than that in non-thermal state.Conclusion: The thermal sensitivity of the neixiyan,xuehai and yinlingquan in Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type knee osteoarthritis has different temperature sensation characteristics than that in non-thermal state.The cold threshold、thermal threshold、heat pain threshold and thermal pain resistance threshold of the neixiyan,xuehai and yinlingquan in thermal state are respectively higher than that in non-thermal state.The Quantitative sensory detection technology can play a certain role in the objective thermal detection of Heat sensitive acupoints,and can be used as an auxiliary means of Heat sensitive acupoints detection. |
