A Corpus-based Study On The Theoretical Framework Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Qianjinfang

Objectives:To carry out document entry,word segmentation and word frequency statistics on " Qianjinfang"(Beiji Qianjinyao Fang and Qianjinyi Fang),construct the lexicon database of " Qianjinfang" by corpus linguistics,analyze the language features of " Qianjinfang",study the innovative theory of " Qianjinfang",and sort out the theoretical framework of " Qianjinfang".Methods:The simplified versions of " Bei Ji Qian Jin Yao Fang Jiao Shi" and "Qian Jin Yi Fang Jiao Shi"(published by People’s Health Publishing House)compiled by Li Jingrong and others were taken as research versions,and their text contents were entered and proofread.According to the standard of Chinese medicine terminology,words are segmented and labeled.The " Chinese automatic word segmentation system" is used to extract words,count words and word frequencies,establish a word list and a frequency list,and form a " Qianjinfang" word database.On the basis of the established database,vocabulary retrieval and feature analysis are carried out.By using the " causal relationship method" and the extracted corpus,the medical theory in " Qianjinfang" is analyzed,and innovative theoretical research is carried out with reference to the early and contemporaneous related medical works and modern resource retrieval database documents(mainly including Du Xiu database,Superstar digital library,China HowNet and other databases),further combing the theoretical system framework of " Qianjinfang".Results:(1)Based on corpus linguistics,the subject has constructed the lexicon database of " Qianjinfang" with a total of 24610 entries.Through the analysis and research of the extracted words,words and terms of " Qianjinfang",it is found that the corpus has the characteristics of times,nature and diversity.(2)Analysis and summary of the innovative theory in "Qian Jin Fang" :creating a new theory of "should be root knot",replacing "label" with "should" to more intuitively reflect the state of connection and sensation transmission of meridians "specimens" between human bodies;It is different from the theory that "deficiency makes up for the mother" to establish the rule of "labor makes up for Mandarin square".Reorganizing and compiling the old law of typhoid fever,Chen Fang analogy,establishing the law that the sun typhoid is facing,and starting the forerunner of "three principles and three pillars";Based on the principle of deficiency and excess,the disease and syndrome of cold and heat can be distinguished,the viscera can be measured,and the triple energizer can be distinguished,which is the beginning of "syndrome differentiation of triple energizer".(3)Combing and analyzing the theoretical frame structure diagram of " Thousand Gold Formulas".Conclusion:The study holds that:(1)The expressions in " Qianjinfang" have thecharacteristics of classical Chinese medicine theory,that is,they are expressed by natural language,with vague concept semantics,prominent polyphasic features,and obvious polysemy and fluidity.(2)Sun Simiao updated the theory of " root knot of specimen" to " root knot of origin" by substituting " should" for " standard" in the articles of viscera internal medicine department on viscera,meridian and pulse diagnosis.(3)Qian Jin Fang classifies diseases into categories and contains theories,taking differentiation,theory,disease and treatment as the main body of the discussion framework.Each article is led by medical theory,followed by pulse theory,and then acupuncture and moxibustion are listed as prescriptions,with the principle of treating diseases first and then diseases(syndromes)first.It is representative to a certain extent.
