Objective:To investigate the level of self-perceived burden and its influencing factors in patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy, and to analyze and evaluate the intervention effect of mindfulness-based stress reduction on the self-perceived burden of patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy. Methods:This study is divided into two parts.Part one:Status survey.A questionnaire survey was conducted to select 231 cervical cancer patients who met the inclusion criteria in a third-grade oncology specialist hospital from September 2017 to February 2018 as the research object, and to understand the current status and influencing factors of self-perceived burden and carry out correlation analysis with immune indicators and the like.Part two:Experimental research. From March 2018 to October 2018,patients with cervical cancer who met the inclusion criteria in a third-grade oncology hospital were treated as subjects, and they were selected to enter the intervention group and the control group according to the patients’wishes.Patients in the intervention group underwent mindfulness-based stress reduction intervention on the basis of routine care, and in the control group received only routine care.Results:1.The score of self-perceived burden of cervical cancer radiotherapy patients was(31.22±5.836),which was moderately burdened.2.The age of the patient, the type of occupation, the monthly income of the family, the stage of the tumor, the metastasis of the tumor and the health status of the caregiver are the influencing factors of the self-perceived burden of patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy(P<0.05).3.The self-perceived burden of cervical cancer patients was negatively correlated with the immune index CD3~+,CD4~+and face-to-face coping styles, and positively correlated with distress and avoidance coping styles.4.Baseline data of the two groups of patients and caregivers before the intervention were balanced, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.The two groups of patients in the self-perceived burden in the emotional dimension score, body dimension score, distress thermometer score, medical coping modes style questionnaire face dimension, avoidance dimension score after repeated measures analysis of variance showed statistical significance(P<0.05).6.The quality of life scores, emotional dimensions, and functional status of the two groups were statistically significant by repeated measures analysis of variance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The cervical cancer radiotherapy patients have a psychological experience of self-perceived burden, showing a moderate level. The distress and avoidance coping style were positively correlated with it,and the immune indicators CD3~+,CD4~+and face-to-face coping style were negatively correlated.2.Through the intervention of mindfulness-based stress reduction,it can effectively alleviate the self-perceived burden of cervical cancer radiotherapy patients, reduce their distress, and help to improve the coping style and quality of life of patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy.
