Objective:The effect of the ratio of lymphocyte to monocyte ratio(LMR),LMR and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)on the prognosis of patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma was studied. Methods:Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 107 newly diagnosed patients with DLBCL,including age, gender, stage,B symptoms,IPI score,ECOG score, absolute lymphocyte count, absolute value of monocytes, lymphocyte to monocyte ratio(LMR)SUVmax of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),LMR/LDH,and PET-CT.The ROC curve determines the limits of LMR and LMR/LDH;the chi-square test is used to analyze the correlation of clinical factors of LMR,LMR/LDH and DLBCL;Spearman correlation analysis determines the correlation between serum LDH level and SUVmax of PET-CT;The Kaplan-Meier protocol compared the overall survival(OS)and progression-free survival(PFS)of the LMR and R groups in different groups;the Cox proportional hazards model was used to analyze the multivariate analysis of prognostic factors.P <0.05 was considered statistically significant, and P < 0.01 was considered to be statistically significant.Results:1.The optimal limit values for LMR and LMR/LDH(%)were determined by ROCcurve, which were 2.535,0.35% respectively, and were statistically significant.2.LMR < 2.535 is more likely to occur in patients with late clinical stage,B symptoms, higher IPI score, higher ECOG score, and greater LDH than normal.LMR/LDH has the same trend as LMR.3.Spearman correlation analysis showed a significant correlation between serum LDH and SUVmax in PET-CT scans, indicating indirectly that LDH may reflect tumor burden in patients with DLBCL.4.K-M survival analysis showed that the PFS rate and OS rate of the high LMR group were significantly better than the low LMR group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.K-M analysis showed that the PFS rate and OS rate of the high LMR/LDH group were significantly better than the low LMR/LDH group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Multivariate COX analysis LMR/LDH was more potent than single LMR prediction and was an independent prognostic factor for patients with DLBCL.Conclusion:LMR and LMR/LDH are simple and feasible indicators for predicting the prognosis of patients with DLBCL.LMR/LDH has a higher predictive value for DLBCL and is an important prognostic indicator for DLBCL. |
