An important responsibility of provincial medical colleges is to serve and meet the health needs of their region.However,at present,the problems in the development of provincial medical colleges in China cannot be ignored.For example,most of the provincial medical colleges are located in underdeveloped areas,and they are in a weak position in the competition with key universities or key regional universities.Scientific evaluation of provincial medical colleges is conducive to the provincial government to give obj ective support decisions and effectively solve their problems in development.Through the study of the input-output conversion efficiency of medical colleges,this paper hopes to provide reference for the construction and development of medical colleges and the progress of education.First of all,from the theoretical point of view,this paper elaborates on the characteristics and other related theories and concepts of contemporary medical schools in China by collecting and collating the literature.Secondly,from the existing research,the input and output indicators that need to be analyzed are analyzed and summarized.There are 2 input indicators selected in this paper,for research and development personnel(person years)and science and technology funds(thousand yuan).There are 6 output indicators,which are the number of academic papers published in the monographs,foreign and national publications,the number of identification results,the actual income of the technology transfer year,the number of awards and the number of times the WoS core collection was published.Thirdly,this paper selects the survey obj ects of 24 provincial medical colleges in China,and collects the relevant data,and uses the Benchmarking package in R language and the data analysis software of DEA Solver to input and output the efficiency of 24 provincial medical colleges.The data carried out a ten-year comparative analysis of the overall quality and comparative analysis of the differences between institutions,In order to provide reference for the construction of medical college development strategy.Finally,on the basis of the previous analysis,comprehensive consideration of various aspects,analysis of the problems existing at the current stage,and reached relevant conclusions:(1)From the data point of view,the input-output conversion efficiency of medical colleges and universities is not Direct association.(2)On the whole,the efficiency scores of colleges with weak comprehensive strength are higher than those of universities with stronger comprehensive strength.This may be because the universities with stronger strengths do not make good use of the excellent scientific research resources they have obtained.(3)At present,there is no mature research efficiency evaluation system in China.China still has a lot of room for improvement in scientific research performance evaluation.China should improve the research enthusiasm of university staff and increase scientific research output through the standardization of scientific research performance evaluation..(4)While increasing the injection of education capital,China should also pay attention to the efficiency of input-output transformation of colleges and universities,so as to better coordinate the planning of educational resources,improve the output of scientific research,and finally achieve the qualitative change of scientific research output.Leap.
