| Objective:To study the correlation between antiplatelet drugs and cerebral microbleeds in order to guide medication. Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 310 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.According to the presence or absence of cerebral microbleeds,The clinical data of the two groups were compared.Logistic regression was used to study the risk factors of cerebral microbleeds, and to study the relationship between cerebral microbleeds and antiplatelet drugs with different types, different doses and different time. Results:The prevalence of cerebral microbleeds in 310 cases of ischemic cerebrovascular disease is 36.78%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that hypertension is independently risk factors of cerebral microbleeds(OR=2.150 95% CI 1.191~3.880).According to different types, different doses and different time stratification analysis of antiplatelet drugs, aspirin was independently associated with cerebral microbleeds(OR=2.045 95% CI1.180~3.545),whereas clopidogrel was not associated with cerebral microbleeds. The medication time ≤ 5 years(OR = 1.926,95% CI 1.054 ~3.520),> 5 years(OR = 2.806,95% CI 1.199 ~ 6.568)were independently associated with cerebral microbleeds. The dose of 100 mg(OR = 2.253,95%CI 1.164 to 4.361)was independently associated with cerebral microbleeds.,while less than 100 mg was not associated with cerebral microbleeds.Analysis of different doses of aspirin at the same time interval showed that it was independently associated with cerebral microbleeds only when the aspirin was used for ≤ 5 years and the dose was 100 mg(OR=2.231 95% CI1.080~4.609).Conclution:Hypertension is an independent risk factor for cerebral microbleeds, and aspirin is associated with the development of cerebral microbleeds, while clopidogrel is not associated with cerebral microbleeds. |
