Clinical Study On Improving Embryo Quality Of IVF Superovulation Improvement Program By The Tranquilization,tonifying Kidney And Smoothing The Liver Acupuncture

Objective:This study was to explore the effect of the tranquilization,tonifying kidney and smoothing the liver acupuncture on the quality of IVF superovulation improvement program patients’embryos,in order to provide the new methods and new ideas for the clinical application of acupuncture in IVF-ET.Methods:Designing a randomized controlled study,70 subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group（the tranquilization,tonifying kidney and smoothing the liver acupuncture+COH regimen）or control group（COH regimen）.Acupuncture is performed once a day in the COH phase.The treatment group received acupuncture and moxibustion from the day of COH to the day of HCG injection,a total of（12.64+1.75）times.The control group only adopted COH.To observe the difference of eugenic embryo rate and E₂ on the day of HCG injection between the two groups after acupuncture treatment,as well as the changes of SAS,SDS and the score of syndrome type of kidney deficiency and liver depression before and after acupuncture treatment,and to evaluate the curative effect.Results:（1）Baseline data:There was no significant difference among the baseline data groups（P>0.05）,which was comparable;（2）The rate of high quality embryo:After treatment,the rate of high quality embryo in treatment group（52.11%）was higher than the control group（39.13%）,and the difference was statisticaly significant（P<0.05）;（3）Estradiol in the day of HCG injection（pg/ml）:The estradiol in the day of HCG injection in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（3882.87+1877.17）after treatment（5342.39+2480.17）,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）;（4）SAS score:After treatment,the score of the treatment group（50.11±5.93）was lower than that before treatment（55.30±6.53）,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.01）;after treatment,the score of the control group（52.65±3.62）was lower than that before treatment（52.68±6.61）,the difference wasn’t statistically significant（P>0.05）.（5）SDS score:After treatment,the score of the treatment group（47.42±4.10）was lower than that before treatment（52.99±3.29）,the difference was significant（P<0.01）;after treatment,the score of the control group was same to the before,the difference wasn’t statistically significant（P>0.05）.（6）The score of the syndrome scale of kidney deficiency and liver depression:After treatment,the score of the treatment group（15.36+6.39）was lower than that before treatment（18.48+4.49）,the difference was statisticaly significant（P<0.01）;after treatment,the score of the control group was higher（17.09+4.47）than the before（16.69+4.21）,the difference wasn’t statistically significant（P>0.05）.Conclusion:The tranquillization,tonifying kidney and smoothing liver acupuncture and moxibustion can improve the high quality embryo rate and peripheral blood estradiol level of IVF patients with superovulation improvement program and improve anxiety,depression,kidney deficiency and liver depression.
