The Clinical Effect Observation Of Yurong Powder Chinese Medicine Fumigation Combined With The Taohong Siwu Decoction On The Treatment Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type Chloasma

Objective:The study was to observe the clinical efficacy of Yu Rong Powder fumigation combined with Taohong Siwu decoction for the treatment of chloasma with qi stagnation and blood stasis,and to provide more ideas for the treatment of chloasma with the combined TCM internal and external treatment methods.Methods:70 patients with chloasma were selected and divided randomly into two groups-the treating group of 35 cases and the contrasting group of 35 cases.The contrasting group took orally Taohong Siwu decoction,three times a day and 100 ml each time,and the treating group accepted Yurong Powder fumigation and took orally Taohong Siwu decoction,fumigation once every 3 days.Furthermore both groups were took vitamin C(0.2g/time,3 times/d)and Vitamin E(0.1g/time,1 time/d).Both groups were treated for 12 weeks,observed and recorded adverse reactions,the skin lesion area,the skin lesion color and the TCM syndromes before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,4 weeks after treatment,8 weeks after treatment and 12 weeks after treatment.The cured and significantly effective patients would be followed up for three months to observe the recurrence.Finally,statistical analysis was conducted on data of the two groups.Results:1.Analysis of treatment effect:The treating group cured 1cases,markedly effective 18 cases,effective 10 cases,invalid 5 cases,and the total effective rate was 85.29%.The contrasting group cured 0case,markedly effective 4 cases,effective 17 cases,12 cases of invalid,and total effective rate was 63.64%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the treating group was better than that of the contrasting group.2.Analysis of recurrence rate:In the treating group,19 cases were followed up and 2 cases were relapsed.In the contrasting group,4 cases were followed up and 1 cases were relapsed.There was no significant difference in recurrence rate(P>0.05).3.Analysis of adverse reactions:The incidence of adverse reactions was 3 in the treating group,and 2 in the contrasting group.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yurong Powder fumigation combined with Taohong Siwu decoction on the treatment of chloasma with qi stagnation and blood stasis is better than oral Taohong Siwu decoction in skin lesion improvement.The treatment effect of TCM fumigation group is better than that of TCM control group,which is worthy of further study.
