ObjectivesTo observe the effect of multi-route intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on the natural pregnancy of patients with pre-IVF-ET,and to intervene in IVF-ET to improve the syndrome of kidney deficiency, liver stagnation and blood stasis, assist them to enter the assisted reproductive cycle, and improve the success of natural preg nancy. The rate provides a clinical basis and provides clinical support for the treatme-nt of Chinese medicine after the failure of assisted reproductive technology.MethodsFour Chengdu Reproductive Center Hospitals(01 Center-Sichuan Huaxi Second Hospital,02 Center-Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Second Affiliated Hospital,03 Center-Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital,04Center-Chengdu Xinan Women’s Hospital)were selected,Including outpatients who plan to re-fed IVF-ET for pregnancy after failing IVF-ET long-term program.Outpatients were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group according to the criteria for inclusion, exclusion, and rejection. The treatment group was given a multi-route(Chinese medicine oral + auricular pressure + retention enema)intervention for 3 months;the control group did not give any processing, naturally expect 3 months. The two groups of TCM symptoms and syndrome scores before and after treatment were collected, and the natural pregnancy before IVF was recorded. The collected data was entered into the EpiData software to establish a database,double-entry to enter, check, lock the database after answering questions, statistically analyzed using SPSS 22.0 statistical software.ResultsThis study initially shows:1.Natural pregnancy situation:(1)Successful natural pregnancy rate: 14 cases of natural pregnancy were succ-essfully obtained in the treatment group, and the natural pregnancy rate was 10.94%.In the control group,129 cases were successfully obtained from natural pregnancy, and the natural pregnancy rate was 0.78%.The differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The number of successful pregnancy cases in different time periods, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);central source distribution, early pregnancy outcome distribution, infertility related factors distribution, age distribution, infertility type distribution and the distribution of previous IVFET times were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.TCM symptoms, syndrome effects:(1)There were significant differences in the main symptoms, secondary symptoms and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment in the treatment group(P< 0.05).There was no significant difference between the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)TCM syndrome efficacy: In the whole analysis, the therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 40.62%,the total effective rate was 90.62 %;the TCM syndrome in the control group was 4.65%,and the total effective rate was 6.20%;The difference between the two groups was compared with the total effective rate, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionsChinese medicine multi-route interventional therapy for patients with IVF-ET,can improve kidney deficiency, liver stagnation and blood stasis syndrome;the patient with simple fallopian tube factors, simple ovulation disorders, endometriosis infertilty, unexplained infertility is possible to successfully obtain a natural pregnancy.
