Study On The Effect Of Spleen And Kidney Strengthening Combined With TCD On The Quality Of Life Of Patients With Multiple Myeloma With Kidney Damage And Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of spleen and kidney tonifying method combined with TCD in the treatment of multiple myeloma kidney damage(spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome).By comparing TCM syndrome points and quality of life scores,this study investigated the impact of spleen-tonifying and kidney-tonifying combined with TCD regimen on the quality of life of patients with renal damage caused by multiple myeloma,providing new methods and ideas for further exploring the treatment of multiple myeloma with TCM.Methods:A total of 40 patients with renal damage from multiple myeloma who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected from hospital inpatients.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n =20)and control group(n = 20).The treatment group was treated with modified shenlingbaizhu powder combined with TCD chemotherapy,while the control group was treated with bailing capsule combined with TCD chemotherapy.The scores of TCM syndromes and quality of life before and after treatment were observed,and the results were analyzed.Result:1.Compared with the control group,the TCM syndrome score in the treatment group decreased significantly,with statistical difference(P<0.05).2.In terms of quality of life score,the score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Spleen-tonifying and kidney-tonifying therapy combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma with kidney damage(spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome)has a definite clinical effect,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,has clinical significance in the decline of TCM syndrome score and quality of lifescore.
