Study On The Compatibility Characteristics Of Lei Shaoyi’s "Time Disease Theory" Formula

Objective: This thesis focuses on Lei Shaoyi’s "Time Disease Theory",and systematically summarizes and analyzes the main contents of the diseases,pathogenesis and prescriptions contained in the book.And the characteristics of clinical syndrome differentiation,summed up its unique prescription compatibility theory.Therefore,it provides a certain reference for the clinical defense of contemporary diseases.Methods: This study focused on the systematic description of different time diseases in "Time Disease Theory",using methods of philology,history,prescription theory and other methods.Through the collection of literatures related to time and disease,the paper analyzes the historical development process of the disease,and uses the theoretical framework of the prescription to analyze the prescription,compatibility,indication and efficacy classification of the proposed treatment in the book,and then draw conclusions.Results: 1.The characteristics of the academic thoughts of "The Theory of Time and Disease" are: pay attention to the disease of the five movements and six qis,the first river of cold and warmth,and the new sense and the theory of qi,and the ancient method of Fang Daifang use.2.The book "Time Disease Theory" summarizes 72 kinds of diseases,60 prescriptions,106 spares,87 cases of clinical examination,and13 volumes of a book.It is a general book of illness.3.The book focuses on the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment of temperature,treatment of diarrhea,treatment of dampness,treatment of cough,treatment of cold and treatment of miscellaneous diseases.4.The compatibility characteristics of the disease prescriptions at the time of treatment have the opposite and complement each other.Conclusion: The characteristics of the prescriptions of the self-made treatments are reversed,including the combination of cold and heat,lifting and lowering factors,moistening and drying,and using them together.The compatibility method of cold and heat is the most used;complementing each other with acid and yin,similarcompatibility,Xinganhuayang And lead to compatibility,which is more compatible with the compatibility of similar types.
