Objective:Due to wild Bletilla striata resources gradually scarce, the market demand is large, and the Bletilla striata market sources are mainly based on large-scale standardized artificial planting. However, the current literature research mainly focuses on the morphology of the two.The evaluation index of the content is mainly polysaccharide. There are few studies that combine multiple chemical components to distinguish the two. This experiment mainly compares the traits, microscopic, thin layer, water, total ash, chemical composition and pharmacodynamics of the two,in order to provide a basis for the application and planting of Bletilla striata.Methods:1.Bletilla striata literature research The history of the name, plant form, origin, taste, efficacy, harvesting and processing of Bletilla striata was studied. The chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Bletilla striata were studied.2.Comparative study on traits, microscopic and thin layer of wild and cultivated Bletilla striata According to the 2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, the wild and cultivated Bletilla striata were tested for traits, microscopic identification, thin layer, moisture and total ash,and the two were compared.3.Comparative study on chemical components of wild and cultivated Bletillastriata Extracts of wild and cultivated Bletilla striata were measured according to the2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Determination of polysaccharide content by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The content of gastrodin and militarine was determined by HPLC.Wild and cultivated Bletilla striata fingerprints were established by HPLC.Similarity evaluation was performed using the similarity evaluation software. And by comparison,we found the difference between the two.The content of five elements in wild and cultivated Bletilla striata was determined by ICP-MS.These five elements are common lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury and copper. An compare the two.4.Established a draft quality standard for Bletillastriata5.Bletillastriata pharmacodynamic studies Based on hemostasis and myogenic pharmacological effects of Bletilla striata.A mouse gastric ulcer model was prepared using anhydrous ethanol and hydrochloric acid, respectively, and the difference in therapeutic effects between wild and cultivated Bletillastriata was observed. At the same time,in terms of mouse bleeding time and clotting time,we also compared the difference between wild and cultivated Bletillastriata therapeutic effects.Results:1.Comparative study on traits, microscopic and thin layer of wild and cultivated Bletilla striata Wild and cultivated Bletilla striata both are irregularly oblate. There are 2-3claw-like branches. However, wild is darker than cultivated in color. The two has Smaller size. They also has less concentric rings.Dotted root marks are numerous. Both textures are hard.Bitter.Chewing is sticky.Microscopic identification can find the corresponding mucous cells, calcium oxalate needles, starch granules, catheters, epidermal cells, and fibers in the powders of the two.Thin layer identification was performed according to the pharmacopoeia method and the gastrodin identification method, and it was found that the wild and cultivated samples showed the same spots.Tota and ash of wild are greater than cultivated Bletilla striata.2.Comparative study on chemical components of wild and cultivated Bletillastriata Extracts of wild and cultivated Bletilla striata were measured according to the2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The extract content of wild was found to be more than the cultivated product.Determination of polysaccharide content by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The polysaccharide content was found to be less than the cultivated product. The content of gastrodin and militarine was determined by HPLC.It was found that the content of two of wild products was higher than that of the cultivated products.Wild and cultivated Bletilla striata fingerprints were established by HPLC.A comparison shows that the overall spectrum of the two maps is consistent. There is only a difference in content. The content of lead and arsenic, cadmium, mercury and copper in wild and cultivated Bletilla striata was determined by ICP-MS.Five kinds of trace elements were found, except for the Cu element, there was no significant difference between the other four elements.3.Bletillastriata pharmacodynamic studies Mouse gastric ulcer: gastric ulcer caused by absolute ethanol, the four experimental groups and the positive group were significantly different from the model group, and had a good therapeutic effect on gastric ulcer.HCL induced gastric ulcer in mice, there were significant differences between the four experimental groups and the positive group compared with the model group, which had a good therapeutic effect on gastric ulcer.Comparison between the groups found no significant differences between the groups.Bleeding time and clotting time: bleeding time, there were significant differences between the four experimental groups and the blank group, and there was a good hemostatic effect. In terms of clotting time, there were significant differences between the four experimental groups and the blank group, and there was a good hemostatic effect.Comparison between the groups found no significant differences between the groups. There are some differences between wild and cultivated Bletillastriata in gastric ulcer and hemostasis in mice. But there is no significant difference. Both have a therapeutic effect on gastric ulcers and bleeding. Conclusions:Wild and cultivated Bletilla striata in terms of traits, microscopic and thin layer identification, moisture, total ash. There was no change in the chemical composition as a whole, but the content was different. In the treatment of gastric ulcers and bleeding, both wild and cultivated products have therapeutic effects, with no significant differences. Both can be equated into medicine.
