Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of Sendan Decoction On Fatigue Scale Of Stable Angina Pectoris (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the effect of Danshen decoction on the TCM symptom score,angina attack frequency and fatigue scale in patients with stable angina pectoris(syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis),and to evaluate the clinical effect of Danshen decoction on them.Methods: 60 patients with stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)who received standardized medical treatment for more than 2 weeks were selected.They were divided into experimental group and control group.The both groups were given basic medical treatment of western medicine(anti-platelet aggregation,lipid-lowering,anti-myocardial ischemia).In addition,the experimental group was treated with Danshen decoction while the control group with Shenshao capsule.Particularly,300 ml of water was decocted twice a day,and taken separately after breakfast and evening meal for the Danshen decoction.As to the Shenshao capsule,taking orally,2 times a day,4 tablets each time.The changes of TCM symptom score,angina attack frequency and fatigue degree for the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.Comparison of general data: There was no significant difference in gender and age distribution between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05),and the two groups were comparable.2.Comparison of treatment effect of TCM symptoms: There was no significant difference in the total score of TCM symptoms between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),indicating that the total score of TCM symptoms was comparable before treatment.Compared to the control group,the total scores of TCM symptoms for the experiment group sharply reduce after treatment.According to the statistical analysis,the difference between the two groups shows statistically significance(P<0.05).The total effective ratio for the experiment group is 93.33%,while for the control group is 46.67%.According to the statistical analysis,the difference between the two groups shows statistically significance(P<0.05).3.ComParison of angina pectoris attack frequency and efficacy: There was no significant difference in the angina pectoris attack frequency and efficacy between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),indicating that the angina pectoris attack frequency and efficacy was comparable before treatment.Compared to the control group,the angina pectoris attack frequency for the experiment group sharply reduce after treatment.According to the statistical analysis,the difference between the two groups shows statistically significance(P<0.05).The total effective ratio for the experiment group is 93.33%,while for the control group is 26.67%.According to the statistical analysis,the difference between the two groups shows statistically significance(P<0.05).4.Comparison of efficacy of fatigue scale: There was no significant difference in the efficacy of fatigue scale between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),indicating that the efficacy of fatigue scale was comparable before treatment.Compared to the control group,the fatigue scale scores for the experiment group sharply reduce after treatment.According to the statistical analysis,the difference between the two groups shows statistically significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Shendan decoction can reduce the total score of TCM symptoms of patients with stable angina pectoris(qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type)of coronary heart disease,improving clinical symptoms.2.Shendan decoction can reduce the incidence of angina Pectoris in Patients with stable angina Pectoris(qi-deficiency and blood stasis type),improving angina symptoms.3.Shendan decoction can reduce the efficacy of fatigue scale of Patients with stable angina Pectoris(qi-deficiency and blood stasis type)of coronary heart disease,improving fatigue status of patients.
