Objective:To explore the diagnostic ability and influence of HpSA in patients with peptic ulcer bleeding. Methods:Collecting 116 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding which diagnosed by gastroscope at Baoding No.1 Central Hospital from 2017 to 2018.Hp was detected by histological result,HpSA and 13C-UBT.We analyzed the clinical value of HpSA.Results:Take histological result as diagnostic criteria, the sensitivity of HpSA was 91.1%(51/56),the specificity was 83.3%(50/60),the positive predictive was 83.6%(51/61),the negative predictive was 90.9%(50/55),and the accuracy was 87.1%(101/116).the sensitivity of 13C-UBT was 51.8%(29/56),the specificity was 86.7%(52/60),the positive predictive was 78.4%(29/37),the negative predictive was 65.8%(52/79),and the accuracy was69.8%(81/116).The consistency between HpSA and histological result was high,Kappa=0.742,and the consistency between 13C-UBT and histological result was poor,Kappa=0.389.Conclusion:HpSA is highly consistency with the diagnostic criteria,It is a reliable detection to diagnose Hp infection in patients with peptic ulcer bleeding.
