Objective To observe the clinical effect of intradermal needling therapy on s rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Method 78 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital from January to May 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group received DMARDs and NSAIDs regularly. The treatment group received DMARDs and intradermal needle treatment.Pain visual scores(VAS scores)and DAS28 scores,RF,CRP,ESR levels and compliance were observed before and after treatment.Result The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.87%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.49%).The difference was statistically significant(?~2=5.932,P<0.001).The DAS28,VAS scores,RF,CRP and ESR levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of each index in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance of patients in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intradermal needle therapy can effectively alleviate pain in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, and patients have high compliance and can be promoted and applied.
