The Study On Evolution And Governance Of Public Opinion Towards Public Health Emergencies On Sina Weibo

In recent years,various public health emergencies in China have occurred more frequently,causing major losses to the public security and economic development of the country and society.Public health emergencies are related to the physical and mental health of most citizens.In these years,sensational social problems such as “high-priced drugs”,“fake vaccines”,and “gene editing” have been exposed,causing concerns in society,which have a negative impact on the stability and economic development of the society.At present,under the environment of new media,the media and the means of communication have undergone qualitative changes,the public opinion field of public health emergencies shifts its focus to the network public opinion field.With the widely use of new media platforms such as Weibo and Wechat,the public opinion can be highly presented in the new media,forming a huge network of public opinion.Although the public opinion can be showed through data,the huge amount of information on the Internet and the complex factors bring unprecedented challenges to public opinion governance.The sources of information and the publicity of public health events in various public health events can be false and paradox.Therefore,the study of the evolution of public opinion in public health emergencies is particularly important for the abnormal contradiction and the multiple reversal of public opinion under the new media environment.Based on this,this study analyzes the evolution process of public health events from the perspective of network public opinion.The first chapter summarizes the researches in terms of media environment,public health emergencies and public opinion.In the second chapter,the evolution of public health events and public opinion is revealed.In the third chapter,we focus on the evolution and problems in the public opinion of public health emergencies.The case study of the Changchun Changsheng Problem Vaccine Network is conducted in the fourth chapter,the Changchun Changsheng vaccine incidents are analyzed from the perspective of new media environment,in order to grasp the development of public opinion on public health emergency.In the fifth chapter,this paper present the current trend and try to provide some valuable suggestions based on the shortcomings of public opinion governance.
