Safety Analysis Of Painless Gastroscopy In Obese Patients

Objective:To explore the safety of painless gastroscopy in obese patients.Methods:120 obese patients and 120 non-obese patients who voluntarily accepted gastroscopy in the digestive outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University from 10,2017 to March,2018 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into 60 obese patients with general gastroscopy,60 obese patients with painless gastroscopy,60 non-obese patients with general gastroscopy and 60 non-obese patients with painless gastroscopy.The mean arterial pressure?MAP?,heart rate?HR?,blood oxygen saturation?SPO₂?,adverse reactions and postoperative satisfaction were recorded during gastroscopy in the four groups.Results:The mean arterial pressure?MAP?and heart rate?HR?of obese and non-obese patients were higher than those before anesthesia or before entering the esophagus?t2??P<0.01?,while the mean arterial pressure?MAP?and heart rate?HR?of obese and non-obese patients were lower than those before anesthesia or before entering the esophagus?t2??P<0.01?.The higher range is obviously larger than the lower range of the latter.The adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting and restlessness in obese and non-obese patients with general gastroscopy were significantly higher than those in obese and non-obese patients with painless gastroscopy?P<0.01?.At t2,the oxygen saturation of the four groups was lower than that at t1,and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.01?.Conclusions:In obese patients and non-obese patients,painless gastroscopy and ordinary gastroscopy showed less adverse reactions and higher postoperative satisfaction.After strict control of anesthesia indications and contraindications,painless gastroscopy in obese patients is as safe and comfortable as painless gastroscopy in non-obese patients.
