| Objective: To investigate the difference in serum IGF-1 level between patients with primary hepatic carcinoma, primary hepatic carcinoma complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus and type 2 diabetes mellitus and healthy people, and to provide more clinical options for the laboratory examination indexes of primary hepatic carcinoma.Methods:30 cases of patients with primary hepatic carcinoma(group A),primary hepatic carcinoma complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus(group B)and type 2 diabetes mellitus(group C)who were clearly diagnosed in xinjiang production and construction corps hospital and the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university from November 2016 to November 2018 were collected as observation groups.Data of 30 healthy people in physical examination center of xinjiang production and construction corps hospital during the same period were collected and set as control group(group D).Serum insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and alpha fetal protein(AFP)levels were measured and recorded in each group, and clinical data and serological examination were statistically analyzed. Results:A total of 120 subjects were collected, including 30 in group A,age(57.70±13.75)years old,BMI(23.14±4.02)kg/m 2,Child-pug score(10.07±2.64).There were 30 cases in group B,age(58.47±6.73)years old,BMI(24.52±3.39)kg/m2,Child-pugh score(9.83±2.61).Group C included 30 patients,age(58.43±12.11)years old,BMI(24.33±3.84)kg/m2.There were 30 patients in group D,age(55.93±15.55)years old,BMI(24.18±3.55)kg/m2.Four basic information no statistical difference between groups(P ? 0.05).The rank-sum test showed that :(1)serum IGF-1 levels in group A,group B and group C showed skewed distribution, and the dispersion degree was smaller than that in group D.The serum IGF-1 concentration in group C was higher than that in group A and B,and that in group D was higher than that in group A,B and C.(2)the median serum IGF-1 concentrations of subjects in groups A,B,C and D were 34.55(18.43,79.33),35.50(11.07,76.10),94.80(55.10,111.97)and 138.20(66.3,200.35),respectively.The serum IGF-1 concentrations of the four groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)packet two comparison,A,B two groups of serum IGF-1 concentration difference between the object of study has no statistical significance(P ? 0.05);(4)correlation analysis of serum IGF-1 and AFP in four groups of subjects: A,B,C and D showed that correlation coefficients were r=-0.036,r=-0.153,r=0.212,r=-0.063,respectively.Four groups of serum IGF-1 does not exist with AFP(P ? 0.05).Conclusions:(1)Serum IGF-1 level of patients with primary hepatic carcinoma is lower than that of normal people, which can be used as one of the indicators of hepatic carcinoma.(2)The serum IGF-1 level of patients with primary hepatic carcinoma complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus is lower than that of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and normal people, which can be used as an observation index to predict the occurrence of hepatic carcinoma in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.(3)There is no correlation between serum IGF-1 and AFP level in patients with primary hepatic carcinoma, and it is feasible to detect hepatic carcinoma with IGF-1 combined with AFP. |
