| Objectives By observing the clinical efficacy of the treatment of thrombotic external hemorrhoids by self-made "XueZhining" sitting bath with qi and relieving pain,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,it provides a new idea for the clinical treatment of thrombotic external hemorrhoids.Methods The subjects of this study were from the anorectal clinic of Shijiazhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2018 to November 2018.All of them were diagnosed as thrombotic external hemorrhoids,a total of 62 cases.The subjects were randomly divided into 2 groups,namely the treatment group and the control group,31 cases each.The treatment group was treated with the self-made "XueZhining" bath,and the control group was treated with Jinxuanzhike Fumigation and Washing Powder(Ma Yinglong Pharmaceutical Group Co,Ltd.).7 days was a treatment cycle,and both groups were treated continuously for 2 cycles.The changes of the anal pain,swelling and local skin color were observed in the two groups.The two groups were tested by nimodipine method.The patients were evaluated for the efficacy of symptom scores,and the differences between the treatment group and the control group in the treatment of thrombotic external hemorrhoids were compared.One month after the end of treatment,the patient was followed up by an outpatient clinic,and the patient’s recurrence was recorded and statistical analysis was performed.Results 1 Pain score: before treatment,on the 7 th day of treatment,and on the 14 th day of treatment,it was 6.40±0.86,3.27±0.87,and 1.30±1.68 respectively.Before the treatment,the 7th day,and the 14 th day of treatment,the treatment group was 6.63±0.81 points,4.40±1.19 points,3.10±2.01 points;swelling score: 3.39±1.23 points,1.73±0.87 points,1.33±1.21 points before treatment,on the 7th day of treatment and on the 14 th day of treatment,respectively.Before treatment,on the 7 th day of treatment and on the 14 th day of treatment,they were 4.07±1.23,2.53±1.57,2.13±1.57,respectively;local skin color score: before treatment,treatment day 7 and treatment 14 th,respectively The scores were3.93±1.34,1.47±1.28,and 0.80±1.13,respectively,4.13±0.73,2.87±1.55,and 2.00±1.29 before treatment,7 th day,and 14 th treatment.After the two groups of drugs,the observation indexes of thrombotic external hemorrhoids were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 In the treatment group,6 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.In the control group,2 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 76.67%.The clinical efficacy was compared and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 No adverse events were found in either group after treatment.4 At 1 month follow-up after treatment,the recurrence rate was 10.71% in the treatment group and 17.39% in the control group.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions 1 The self-made "XueZhining" hip bath prescription is superior to Jinxuan Zhike Fumigation and Washing Powder in improving pain,swelling and local skin color of patients with thrombotic external hemorrhoids.2 In the treatment of thrombotic external hemorrhoids,the self-made "XueZhining" bath has the advantages of non-invasive,simple operation,and small side effects.In the course of clinical trials,no adverse events have been found,which deserves further study.Figure 0;Table 10;Reference 93... |
