Clinical Application Of Rigid Ureteroscope Combined With Holmium Laser In Diagnosis And Treatment Of Complicated Hepatolithiasis Guided By Three-Dimensional Visualization Technology

Objective To analysis the application value of rigid ureteroscope combined with holmium laser in diagnosis and treatment of complicated hepatolithiasis guided by three-dimensional visualization technologyMethods 50 patients with complex hepatolithiasis treated in Hunan People’s Hospital from October 2016 to March 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group by simple random method.20 cases underwent rigid ureteroscope combined with holmium laser under the guidance of three-dimensional visualization technology were taken as observation group,30 cases underwent rigid ureteroscope combined with holmium laser by traditional imaging diagnosis were taken as control group.Statistical analysis the difference of two groups in the operation time,intraoperative bleeding,stone survival rate,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative complications and other aspects of the difference.Counting data are expressed in rates(%),using c2 test;the measurement data are expressed as(`x±s),using t test,P < 0.05,there was statistical significance.Results The residual rate of calculi in observation group was 10%(2/20),the residual rate of calculi in control group was 40%(12/30),the residual rate of calculi in observation group was lower than that in control group,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05);The amount of bleeding during operation in the observation group was(170.9 ±17.99)ml,the amount of bleeding during operation in the control group was(371.63 ±36.96)ml,the amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05);The operation time of observation group was(179 ±14.27)minutes,the operation time of the control group was(340.17 ±24.28)minutes,the operation time of observation group was less than that of control group,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05);The postoperative hospital stay of observation group was(8.3±1.45)days,the postoperative hospital stay of control group was(10.1±1.84)days,the postoperative hospital stay of observation group was less than that of control group,there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05);Postoperative biliary hemorrhage occurred in 1 cases(5%)of the observation group,Biliary tract leakage occurred in 2 cases(10%),postoperative biliary hemorrhage occurred in 23cases(10%)of the control group,biliary tract leakage occurred in 4 cases(13.3%),there was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Rigid ureteroscope combined with holmium laser guided by three-dimensional visualization technology can further improve the clinical efficacy in the diagnosis and treatment of complex hepatolithiasis.which is worthy of clinical application.
