Clinical Observation Of Zhumazhi Granule In The Treatment Of Children’s Tic Disorder(Spleen Deficiency And Liver Exuberance Syndrome)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of the obstruction of the children with the function of spleen deficiency and the liver,and to evaluate its safety and effectiveness.Methods:From January 2017 to June 2018,80 children with tic disorder were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random method:observation group and control group.Observation group:traditional Chinese medicine Zhemazhi granule oral.Control group:oral treatment of thiapride hydrochloride tablets.The course of treatment was2 months.The changes of(YGTSS)total score,motor tic factor score,vocal twitch factor score,damage degree score and TCM syndrome score were observed before and after treatment in YGTSS.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by statistical method.Results:1.Comparison of total curative effectsAfter treatment,the total effective rate was 94.7% in the observation group and 89.2% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Better than thiopride hydrochloride.The total effective rate was 94.7% in the observation group and 64.8% in the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The results showed that Zhumazhi granule was effective in improving the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,and that the total effective rate was 92.1% in the observation group and 64.8% in the control group.The curative effect is superior to thiopride hydrochloride.2.YGTSS integral comparisonAfter treatment,there were significant differences in the total scoreof YGTSS,motor tic factor and vocal twitch factor between the two groups(P<0.05).The results showed that the observation group could effectively reduce the frequency,complexity and frequency of twitching.3.Comparison of the degree of social damageAfter treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of social impairment between the two groups(P>0.05).The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving the degree of impairment of social function.4.Comparison of single symptom integral of traditional Chinese Medicine and Total integral of TCM SyndromesAfter treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups in single symptom score and total score of TCM syndrome(P<0.05).The results showed that Zhumazhiqi granule was superior to thiopride hydrochloride in improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)such as atrophic yellow and anorexia.5.Analysis of security indexDuring the observation period,the vital signs,hematuria and stool routine,liverandkidney function,electrocardiogram and electroence phalogram were not significantly abnormal in the two groups.6.Adverse reactionsThe incidence of adverse reactions was 2.6% in the observation group and 5.4% in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Zhumazhi granule is effective in treating children with syndrome of spleen deficiency and liver exuberance.The overall twitch and TCM syndromes were superior to thiopride hydrochloride.2.The safety of Zhumazhi granule was better,and no serious adverse reaction occurred.
