Objective The aim is to compare methylene blue, nano carbon and no from the aspects of operation mode, staining time, number of parathyroid glands detected and number of miscuts, number of lymph nodes detected in central area and number of metastases, and number of postoperative complications. The role of stains in the protection of parathyroid function during thyroid surgery. Methods The total of 240 patients who underwent thyroid surgery during the period of 2015.07-2018.09 in the Department of Breast Surgery in our hospital were confirmed to have thyroid papillary carcinoma by preoperative fine needle aspiration biopsy or high preoperative suspicion and confirmed by frozen pathology during operation. For thyroid papillary carcinoma, the above patients were randomly divided into methylene blue, nanocarbon and blank group.80 cases were observed. The three groups of patients were treated with intraoperative staining method, staining start time, postoperative parathyroid gland detection and error. The number of cuts, the number of lymph nodes detected and transferred in the central area, the number of postoperative hospital stays, the number of postoperative transient and permanent parathyroid dysfunction(hereinafter referred to as hypothyroidism),using statistical methods to confirm the three groups No significant difference. Results The t-test was used to detect the onset time of methylene blue and nanocarbon group, and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The number of parathyroid gland recognition and miscut in the three groups was analyzed by analysis of variance. The results showed that there was no significant difference between methylene blue and nanocarbon group(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).<0.05),the useof stains can significantly increase the number of parathyroid recognition and reduce the number of miscuts. The number of lymph node dissections in the three groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The stain can significantly increase the number of lymph nodes detected. The number of lymph node metastases in the three groups was calculated by analysis of variance. There was no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05).The number of postoperative hospital stays in the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the methylene blue and the blank group(P>0.05).0.05),indicating that the nanocarbon group can significantly shorten the length of hospital stay. There were transient and permanent hypoparathyroidisms in the three groups. The chi-square test showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the number of transient hypoparathyroidism, and there was no statistical difference in the number of permanent hypoparathyroidism. For transient hypoparathyroidism, there was no significant difference between methylene blue and nanocarbon group(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the two and the blank group(P<0.05),indicating the use of staining. The agent can reduce the occurrence of transient hypoparathyroidism, but has no significant effect on the occurrence of permanent hypoparathyroidism. Conclusions There were no statistical observations on the number of parathyroid recognition and miscuts, the number of detected central lymph nodes, and the number of transient hypoparathyroidism after surgery.Difference, but the two are obviously better than the blank control group, and methylene blue 12 yuan / branch, nano carbon 1785 yuan / branch, methylene blue at 1 / 100 price can play the same role as nano carbon, worthy of clinical Widely promoted.
