The Clinical Observation On Limited Neurodermatitis (Blood Deficiency And Wind Dryness Type) Treated By Yangxuerunfu With Fire Needle

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of yangxue runfu decoction combined with fire acupuncture on neurodermatitis(blood deficiency and wind dryness).Methods: Seventy patients with localized neurodermatitis of blood deficiency and wind dryness type who were collected from our outpatient department and met the inclusion criteria of this study were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The number of cases in each group was equal,both 35 cases.In the actual clinical study,only 34 patients in the treatment group insisted on completing the study,compared with 33 patients in the control group.In the treatment group,the prescription yangxuerunfu decoction designed by our teacher was given in combination with fire acupuncture for treatment.The control group was treated with oral Chinese patent medicine(runzao zhiitch capsule)combined with glucocorticoid steroid external preparation,and both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Objective symptoms(skin area,papule,number of lichen-like changes,degree of hypertrophy,skin color),subjective symptoms(pruritus,degree of insomnia),total symptom score,and improvement of life quality of patients in each group at different stages of treatment were compared and analyzed,and the efficacy of each group was determined.In addition,patients in each group were followed up for 2 months after the end of the treatment course for recurrence and safety evaluation(including laboratory indicators and adverse reactions).Results: 1.At the end of 4 weeks of treatment,the objective symptoms,subjective symptoms scores,and DLQI scores of patients in the treatment group and the control group were compared between the two groups,showing significant differences(P<0.01).2.At the end of treatment 2 weeks,the total symptom scores of patients in the treatment group and the control group were compared with those before treatment,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).After continuing treatment for 4 weeks,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01).3.At the end of 4 weeks of treatment,the recovery rate(67.65%)in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(45.45%).Statistical analysis showed that there were significant differences in clinical efficacy.In this study,no serious adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group.Conclusions: 1.Nourishing blood and moistening skin decoction combined with fire acupuncture in the treatment of neurodermatitis can not only significantly improve the form of skin lesions,itching,quality of life,but also reduce the color of skin lesions,insomnia and other aspects of patients with satisfactory results.2.Yangxuerunfu decoction combined with fire acupuncture for the treatment of neurodermatitis has a definite effect,and the above indicators and the overall treatment effect are significantly better than the control group,so it has more advantages than the traditional therapy and is worthy of promotion and application.
