protection of the liver,will provide material basis for the development,application,and popularization of the later-day Oudemansiella furfuracea.1.With Water extraction and alcohol precipitation polysaccharide extraction rate under the optimal conditions was 8.72% and 28.30%,respectively,almost no sugar Aldehyde,protein content 9.40%.2.The Shimadzu HPLC system was used on an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column with a mobile phase of PBS,a flow rate of 1.0 ML/min,an injection volume of 10 μl,and a detection wavelength of 245 nm.After complete acid hydrolysis of the polysaccharides of OFP,compared with the standard,the results showed that the OFP contains a large amount of Glc,and contains a certain amount of Gal and Man,with a small amount of Fuc,GlcA and Xyl.The high molecular
