Analyse The Correlativities Between The Physique Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Patients With Stable COPD And BODE Scores,Blood Lipid,Coagulation,Albumin,etc

Objective: Analysed the physique of TCM in COPD patients,and explored the correlation between physiques and BODE scores,lung function grades,acute aggravation times,smoking quantities,coagulation,blood lipid,albumin and so on.To provide an objective basis for the treatment of COPD with "differentiation of disease-differentiation of body-differentiation of symptoms" mode in future,so as to guide the clinical implementation of a individualized scheme and improve the symptoms of the patients.Methods: Collected 193 patients with stable COPD,judged the physique types,noted BODE scores,pulmonary function grades,acute aggravation times,smoking quantities,TG,TC,FIB,D-dimer albumin,and done the statistical analysis of the relations between physique and indexes.Results: The physique distribution of COPD patients as follow: Yang-deficiency constitution 62 cases(32.6%),Qi-deficiency constitution 50 cases(26.3%),blood-stasis constitution 24 cases(12.6%),phlegm-dampness constitution 21 cases(11.1%),damp-heat constitution 16 cases(8.4%),peaceful constitution 7 cases(3.7%),Yin-deficiency constitution 7 cases(3.7%),Qi-stagnation constitution 3 cases(1.6%),special-endowment constitution 0 cases,mainly Yang-deficiency constitution,Qi-deficiency constitution,phlegm-dampness constitution,damp-heat constitution,blood-stasis constitution;(1)BODE scores of Yang-deficiency constitution,Qi-deficiency constitution,phlegm-damp constitution and damp-heat constitution were all higher(P < 0.05);(2)There was a certain correlation between the distribution of lung function and Yang-deficiency constitution and Qi-deficiency constitution,GOLD II grade:Yang-deficiency Constitution,Qi-deficiency constitution,phlegm-damp constitution,damp-heat constitution,GO-LD III:Yang-deficiency constitution,Qi-deficiency constitution.GOLD IV:Yang-deficiency constitution,Qi-deficiency constitution,blood-stasis constitution.The pulmonary function grade increased,and the proportion of Yang-deficiency constitution,Qi-deficiency constitution and blood-stasis constitution increased gradually(P < 0.05);(3)The acute exacerbation times of Yang-deficiency constitution,Qi-eficiency constitution and blood-stasis constitution were more than others(P < 0.05);(4)And the smoking quantities with Yang-deficiency constitution,Qi-deficiency constitution was higher(P < 0.05);(5)The levels of TG,TC in phlegm-damp constitution,damp-heat constitution and blood-stasis constitution were significantly higher than that in Yang-deficiency constitution,Qi-deficiency constitution(P < 0.05);(6)The level of FIB,D-dimer in blood-stasis constitution was significantly higher than that in other four physiques(P < 0.05);(8)And the level of albumin in Yang-deficiency constitution,Qi-deficiency constitution were lower(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)The physique of COPD patients was mainly Yang-deficiency constitution,Qi-deficiency constitution,blood-stasis constitution,phlegm-dampness constitution,damp-heat constitution;(2)BODE scores of Yang-deficiency contitution,Qi-deficiency constitution,phlegm-dampness constitution and damp-heat constitution were signiticantly higher.Phlegm-dampness constitution and damp-heat constitution were mainly distributed in GOLD II grade,the degree of lung function damage was moderate,Yang-deficiency constitution and Qi-deficiency constitution could be seen in II,III,IV grade,blood-stasis constitution was concentrated in IV grade,and the degree of lung damage was the most serious.With the increase of pulmonary function grade,the proportion of Yang-deficiency constitution,Qi-deficiency constitution and blood-stasis constitution were increasing.Yang-deficiency constitution,Qi-deficiency constitution and blood-stasis constitution were more likely to occur acute attack;the formation of Yang-deficiency constitution and Qi-deficiency constitution might be affected by smoking quantities.The indexes of blood lipid in phlegm-damp constitution,damp-heat constitution and blood stasis constitution were higher than that in Yang-deficiency constitution and Qi-deficiency constitution;and the level of coagulation indexe in blood-stasis constitution was significantly higher than other physiques;the albumin of in Yang-deficiency constitution and Qi-deficiency constitution were lower.According to the results,TCM physiques could be used to guide the clinical implementation of individualized treatment of the COPD patients in future,adjust the biased physique to improve the lung function and to reduce the number of acute attacks.
