Objective Evaluation of acyclovir combined with thalidomide in the treatment of refractory recurrent aphthous by local and systemic observations after drug treatment in patients with refractory recurrent aphthous ulcer with herpes simplex virus infection and immune system abnormalities Clinical treatment effect of ulcer patients.Method A total of 65 patients with refractory recurrent aphthous ulcer with herpes simplex virus infection and immune system abnormalities who were admitted to the Department of Mucosal Diseases of the Stomatology Hospital Affiliated to Ningxia Medical University from October 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.A recombinant human epidermal growth factor external solution was administered topically in the control group and the case group.Thalidomide tablets were administered to the control group, and thalidomide tablets and acyclovir tablets were administered to the patients in the case group. The local and systemic clinical effects of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. The laboratory test indicators and drug efficacy of the two groups of subjects were statistically analyzed using SPSS 20.0 statistical software. Results In the clinical efficacy between the two groups in the control group and the case group was no significant(p>0.05).The control group and the case group were treated with systemic therapy for 1 month and 3 months. In the 6 months observation, the effective effects were 10 cases,12 cases, and 10 cases;the effectiverate was 14 cases,16 cases, and 9 cases;the ineffectiveness was 9 cases,5 cases,and14 cases, respectively. The total effective rate was 42.42%,84.85%,57.58%.The case group was observed for 1 month,3 months, and 6 months. The effective results were20 cases,22 cases, and 16 cases. The effective cases were 9 cases,6 cases, and 10 cases. The invalid cases were 3 cases and 4 cases, respectively. In 6 cases, the total effective rate was 90.63%,87.50%,and 81.25%,respectively.In the clinical efficacy between the two groups in the case group and the control group at 1 month,3 months, and 6 months were significant differences(p<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human epidermal growth factor external solution can shorten the average ulceration period of intractable recurrent aphthous ulcer and reduce ulcer pain index;acyclovir combined with thalidomide can effectively prolong the total of intractable recurrent aphthous ulcer Intermittent time, reducing the number of ulcers, has a significant effect on systemic treatment of refractory recurrent aphthous ulcers.
