Objective: To explore the range of normal reference values of glycated albumin and gestational blood glucose and the diagnostic value of gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods: Collecting 153 cases of healthy pregnant women,421 cases in pregnant women with hyperglycemia,of which 262 cases were pregnant with GDM and 159 cases were pregnant with ODM.Age,BMI,GA,FPG,1h-PG,2h-PG were collected, analysis correlation between GA and FPG,1h-PG,2h-PG value.Pearson’s correlation analysis and build multivariable linear regression model to investigate the relation beteween GA andgluocose.T-test and receiver operating characteristiccurve analysis are obtained at the follow-up examination of participants in the two groups. Results: 1.The normal reference range of glycosylated albumin in pregnant women was 9.66%~14.06%.2.Pearson’s correlation analysis showed a positive correlation between glycated albumin and fasting blood glucose(r=0.314,P < 0.01)in GDM group. There was a positive correlation between GA and FPG,1h-PG,2h-PG(r=0.665,r=0.397,r=579,P<0.01).3.ROC curve showed the GA was 12.29% as the cut-off points for diagnosis GDM,and sensitivity is 82.2%,specificity is 81.0%,OR is 4.271,AUC is 0.89.Conclusions: 1.The normal reference range of glycosylated albumin in pregnant women with normal glucose metabolism was 9.66%~14.06%.2.The association between GA and OGTT blood glucose are significant,FPG is more obvious.3.GA value is a risk factor for GDM.GA value above was 12.29% suggesting that the risk of GDM increased in patient.
