Comparative Study Of Ventilating Effect Of Mivacurium Chloride And Cisatracurium Besilate In Flexible Laryngeal Mask Airway For Pediatric Adenoidectomy

Objective:The aeration effect of mivacurium chloride and cisatracurium besilate in the treatment of pediatric adenoidectomy with a flexible laryngeal mask airway（FLMA）was evaluated.Methods:Sixty children with elective adenoidectomy,aged 2 to 7 years,American Society of Anesthesiology（ASA）grade I to II,were randomly divided into two groups:cisatracurium besilate（group C）and mivacurium chloride group（M group）,30 cases in each group.Anesthesia induction:propofol 2.5⁴.0 mg/kg,remifentanil 1μg/kg,M group given mivacurium chloride 0.2 mg/kg,group C was given cisatracurium besilate0.1 mg/kg,Anesthesia maintenance:SeV 2³L/min,50%O₂ 1L/min,N₂O 1L/min,MAC maintained at 1.3,intravenous maintenance of remifentanil 0.25μg/（kg·min）pumping.Record the TOF value at t₁ and t₂;determine the grouping of the bendable laryngeal mask by fibreoptic bronchoscope（FOB）;whether the concave side is stained after pulling out the flexible laryngeal mask airway;the rate of assembly of the flexible laryngeal mask airway;Children entering the room（T0）、inserting FLMA 1min（T₁）3min（T₂）and pulling out FLMA 1min（T₃）、3min（T₄）of SpO₂;recorded airway peak pressure（Ppeak）,mean airway pressure（Pmean）,end-tidal carbon dioxide(P_ETCO₂);number of patients using antagonists;The time required for extubation and the time of surgery.Result:There were no significant differences in the position of the flexible laryngeal mask ariway and the SpO₂,Ppeak,Pmean,P_ETCO₂（P>0.05）at each time point in group C and M group.Both groups were successfully placed in a flexible laryngeal mask airway with no concave side stained with blood.There was no statistical difference in TOF value between the C group and the M group.The TOF value of the M group was greater than that of the C group at the time of t₂ the recovery time of group C was prolonged（P<0.05）,and the number of antagonists was more than that of group M（P<0.05）.Conclusion:There is no significant difference in the ventilation effect between mivacurium chloride and cisatracurium besilate in the treatment of pediatric adenoidectomy with a flexible laryngeal mask airway.The residual drug of mivacurium chloride muscle relaxant can reduce the use of antagonistic drugs.
