Objective: To compare and analysis the results of draw out rate of otoacoustic emission(OAE)and cochlea microphonics(CM)and the results of auditory steady state response(ASSR)with normal hearing groups and auditory neuropathy spectrum disorder(ANSD)groups and extremely severe sensorineural hearing loss(SNHL)groups, investigate the effect of cochlea microphonics and other related hearing tests on the diagnosis of auditory nerve spectrum disorder in infants and young children. Methods: The study subjects were choosed from the Hebei province children’s hospital in August 2015 to September 2018.The age rang of the infants and young children between 3 months to 36 months. The subjets has been in the history of risk factors and otology examination,on the basis of hearing tests, including trmpanometry test,ABR,ASSR,OAE,CM.On the comprehensive analysis of the listening test results and imaging examination results, select the normal hearing group of 50 cases(100 ears),the ANSD group of 25cases(49 ears),and extremely severe SNHL group of 40 cases(75 ears). To count and analyze the incidence of OAE and CM.To compare the results of ASSR in different frequency(0.5KHz,1 KHz,2 KHz,4KHz)with the ANSD groups and extremely severe SNHL groups. Results: The draw out rate of OAEs was 91% in the normal hearing group,it was 77.5% in the ANSD group, the extract rate of extremely SNHL group was 0.The CM derivation rate respectively in three groups was 96%,100%,0,respectively were compared, and two raises rates in DPOAE and CM derivation rate comparisons of normal hearing and ANSD group no statistical difference(P>0.05),while ANSD group compared with extremely severe sensorineural hearing loss group, difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).The results of ASSR with the ANSD group is 85±2.72 dB nHL,85±2.37 dB nHL,81±2.48 dB nHL,75±2.56 dB nHL,The results of SNHL with the ANSD group is 93±2.42 dB nHL,96±1.96 dB nHL,100±1.79 dB nHL,104±2.01 dB nHL.To compare the results of ASSR with the ANSD group and extremely SNHL group, difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: OAE and CM are objective audiological examination method of evaluation function of cochlear outer hair cells, and CM on the response function of out hair cells than DPOAE more accurate,so in infants and young children hearing tests, especially when the ABR in 100 nHL did not elicit or severe abnormalities,CM should be as a routine examination project and OAE and ASSR evoked potential joint test to infants and young children Auditory neuropathy spectrum disorder in differential diagnosis. For infants and young children with high risk factors such as hyperbilirubinemia, comprehensive audiological examination should be conducted to eliminate the auditory neuropathy spectrum disorders.
