| Objectives: To explore the effects of continuous nursing on the Harris score,Barthel Index and the compliance of the functional exercise of elderly patients with hip replacement,and provide reference for the model of the out-of-hospital rehabilitation of elderly patients with hip replacement.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,62 patients with the first hip joint replacement from the Third Hospital of Shijiazhuang were selected from August 2016 to March 2018,who were divided into intervention group(32 cases)and control group(30 cases)by coin dropping.At the time of discharge,the control group were given routine education including health education,medical knowledge and the time of regular reexaminations,et.al.In addition,a three-month continuous nursing,which was based on WeChat,supplemented by telephone,was conducted in the intervention group.And WeChat was used to send and receive text,voice,picture and video to patients for education,and the regular visits were conducted by telephone.The Harris score,Barthel Index and the functional exercise compliance scale were evaluated at discharge,1 month and 3 months after operation.Results:1.There was no significant difference in the general information between the two groups,including age,gender,etc.(P> 0.05).2.The difference in the Harris hip score between the two groups was not statistically significant at discharge and 1 month after surgery,however,the score of the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 3 months after surgery(P<0.05).3.The difference in the Barthel Index between the two groups was not statistically significant at discharge,however,the score of the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 1 and 3 months after surgery(P<0.05).4.The compliance of the functional exercise of the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 1 and 3 months after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusions: Continuous nursing care outside the hospital could effectively improve patients’ arthrosis function,daily activities and the compliance of functional exercise,which can be referred to nursing care outside the hospital. |
