| In view of the lack of high-quality general practitioners in the current medical system in China,the expansion of the top three hospitals is serious,the allocation of medical resources is uneven,the graded diagnosis and treatment system can not be effectively established for a long time,and the masses have difficulties in medical treatment and tensions between doctors and patients.We made platform solutions,design and implementation.Specifically speaking,graded diagnosis and treatment is an efficient medical service system,and its manifestation is mainly the first-level consultation and two-way referral at the grassroots level.The essence is the continuation and division of labor in the diagnosis and treatment functions of different levels of medical service institutions.For patients,grading diagnosis means “small diseases at the grassroots level,major illnesses in hospitals,rehabilitation at the grassroots level”.The grading diagnosis and treatment information platform designed by this subject is mainly to solve the information islands between hospitals and physicians at all levels,and to provide a platform for information sharing and medical services for hospitals,physicians and patients.This paper deeply analyzes the working principle,architecture and core technology of Web Service,and prepares for the subsequent research.Secondly,through the research of distributed architecture,master how to use the knowledge of distributed architecture,reasonably divide the hierarchical structure of software system,and build a multi-layer distributed Web Service based on stability,scalability and high execution efficiency.Finally,through the research of the key technologies of this model,and using Python+ Flask technology,a multi-layer distributed system based on Web Service is designed and developed,which is a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment platform.In the design process,the system is safe,efficient and stable.I made in-depth research to further deepen the understanding and mastery of this model.The web application framework used in the development of the graded diagnosis platform is Flask,the database uses Mysql,the programming language uses the Python language,and the page design uses Dreamweaver and Flash.The innovation of this paper is to establish the audit function in the medical information statistical analysis module.This design is to establish a set of evaluation system to identify the past unreasonable referrals.This module is to survey and evaluate of the classification of diagnosis and treatment which has indeed achieved the diversion of the patients.And provide the basis for adjusting the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment policy to the relevant decision-making department,But also to identify the lack of the lower medical units.The core of the algorithm is based on the NLP technology to refine the view of doctors in the different hospitals as a case feature,with the help of BP neural network model to predict whether the referral is reasonable.Through the research of the papre,the development of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment is of great significance to the promotion of national medical and health reform. |
